The creative report section often causes problems when synchronizing. Sometimes, the platform desynchronizes or takes a long time to synchronize, which can be frustrating. I also feel that it would be useful to have a time metric to know how long it takes for products to generate a second purchase, similar to what Triple Whale offers. I would like StoreHero to include this metric. Lastly, the lack of a clear checklist for onboarding and the first key insights makes the process of onboarding clients by the agency team simpler, faster, and allows value to be extracted from the platform more quickly, that is, reducing the time from the start of use to the first quick win.
