**What do you like best about Sterling CMMS?**

-user-friendly and intuitive (making it easy to manage maintenance schedules and asset tracking)
-reporting features+ insights, which have helped me streamline our operations
-the system is reliable and rarely crashes

**What do you dislike about Sterling CMMS?**

The onboarding process could be smoother with more detailed tutorials or training sessions. While the customer support team is helpful, response times could be quicker during high-priority issues

**What problems is Sterling CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me as an HR Sterling CMMS had been a game-changer for managing background checks. It keeps everything organized in one place, so I don’t have to chase people or worry about missing steps. The automation is a huge time-saver, and it’s great knowing that sensitive documents are stored securely., having clear, trackable progress makes the whole process feel smoother and more efficient. It’s definitely made my job easier and onboarding much quicker

User friendly and I like the ability to interchange numbers.

**What do you dislike about Sterling CMMS?**

I dislike that sterling does not always feed other systems and the numbers are different. However, this can be brought up ahead of set up time to come up with a solution,

Educate teams comparing numbers so they understand the metrics.

**What problems is Sterling CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to manage inventory and increase turn. We realized improved placement of assets.
