While the customer support team is helpful, response times could be quicker during high-priority issues **What problems is Sterling CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me as an HR Sterling CMMS had been a game-changer for managing background checks. It keeps everything organized in one place, so I don’t have to chase people or worry about missing steps. The automation is a huge time-saver, and it’s great knowing that sensitive documents are stored securely., having clear, trackable progress makes the whole process feel smoother and more efficient. It’s definitely made my job easier and onboarding much quicker ### 2.
