What I like best about StayFi is how it seamlessly transforms WiFi—something every guest already needs—into a powerful marketing and revenue-driving tool without adding any friction to the guest experience.
The connection process is smooth, professional, and actually enhances the overall feel of the stay. At the same time, it allows us to capture valuable, permission-based guest data that would otherwise be lost through OTA bookings.
From an operator perspective, this is a game-changer. We’re no longer just hosting guests—we’re building a direct relationship with them. StayFi gives us the ability to grow a real guest database, drive repeat bookings, and reduce reliance on third-party platforms over time.

At this stage, there’s very little to dislike about StayFi. The platform does exactly what it’s designed to do, and it does it well.
If I had to point to anything, it would be that as an operator, I’m excited to see them continue expanding features around deeper marketing automation and guest segmentation over time. The foundation is already incredibly strong, so additional enhancements in those areas would make it even more powerful.
