The support we received (from Michelle McMahon) was superb. We couldn't have got where we have done without her guidance and advice. **What do you dislike about Spidergap?** It couldn't duplicate exactly what we wanted in our survey but came pretty close. **What problems is Spidergap solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's taken over from a very labour intensive manual 180 feedback sytem. ### 2. I even like the reports features. They are clear and informative. The summary information at the front and the detailed scores later, is an excellent format as a report. This software is very easy to use and the registration isn't even long. The support team is also very responsive and professional. Set up was easy and it takes minutes to get a questionnaire ready. **What do you dislike about Spidergap?** I believe the templates need to be a bit more streamlined. I would really like to see more question examples and matrix type things for an answer. Along with this, there are alot of features on the interface which I don't use which I think is redundant (at least for me). This might not be a con but I thought of mentioning it. **Recommendations to others considering Spidergap:** I would definitely recommend this software to any organization that wants to do 360 assessments. Must have! **What problems is Spidergap solving and how is that benefiting you?** A few days ago, we had the largest one-day sale event at our office, Day Festival. After this festival was over, I had distributed and shared a questionnaire which would help me get a better feedbback about our event. I was able to better understand about the success of this event. 360 assessment was only possible with Spidergap. The objective of the 360 was to start the conversation with individuals to help increase their self-awareness.
