It's straightforward to use by a diverse group of users/tutors and learners. The Users/Tutors range from 30 to 70 years of age, and the learners are all in high school. The User Experience is easy to understand and not complicated at all. SparkLearn's organization and use of metatags are different from any other LMS I have used. This created a bit of a learning curve and I don't think I used SparkLearn to its full potential.
