It is very friendly to the eye and easy to use. I have the ability to see the activity on my dash board for my team and able to see the progress for each role and get notification on each status the candidate hits a specific workflow. I have the ability to bulk action messaging the candidates in the pipeline all at once , reject them at once, even adding tags or change status all at once. really making my job easier. Some fields I cannot bulk action like for ex, if I have 100 candidates and would like to confirm my ownership that these belongs to me, I cannot bulk action this and add my name as the recruiter, also within the job itself, there is search tab, it is very difficult to add the all candidates names there or email address as the system doesn't get it right so I can bulk select specific candidates to either reject or change to specific status, it is really consuming lots of time.
