**What do you like best about Sleekr?**

Sleekr is a web based platform that improves the helpfulness and competence of a workplace for both employee and manager. It integrates new hires quickly with customized on-boarding plan. It keeps track of every detail about the employee and notices who is off that day and that week. It tracks and manages time off. You can also trace salary adjustments easily with Sleekr and thus sends and retrieves pay slips securely. Employees can update their profiles and make better resumes and the information of every employee and staff is kept safe and secured. Thus all personal datas are encrypted with AES-256. With its powerful functionality, Sleekr defines and assigns KPI with few clicks. Also it comes up with pre built templates.

**What do you dislike about Sleekr?**

Although Sleekr is preferred Human resource software for managing all the aspects of employees from enrollment to retirement but we cannot deny its downfalls that cause trouble to the users. The pre built templates introduced by it are little outdated. The functionalities accossiated with it can be improved to make it better.  Also customers are not that much satisfied with its services. The unstructured data if in bulky amount is difficult to hold with it.

**Recommendations to others considering Sleekr:**

It for sure gives a boost to the overall process by taking into service the deserving candidates at the right time with flexible measures enabling successful employee rendezvous.

**What problems is Sleekr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Putting everything altogether, Sleekr lets you visualize the organization structure better. This human resource software let you assign tasks to team members thus making collaboration possible. Thus variety of software modules is introduced with Digital payroll management which helps growing an organization.

**What do you like best about Sleekr?**

Sleekr is decent in its performance and ok for medium and small size companies. I am from Banking industry and my organisation shifted to other app very quickly. Sleekr still able to support functions like Payroll, performance management, onboarding, resource planning, etc. Price-wise it is competitive.

**What do you dislike about Sleekr?**

Not really apt to handle large scale data or employee base. Lot of new age software with advance features are already in market at much competitive rates. I am not really happy with the support function.

**What problems is Sleekr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Idea to adapt Sleekr was to manage employees sitting across various locations and have unified approach. However, it really didn't supported that ways.

**What do you like best about Sleekr?**

Automatically registred presences of the team members. The conversation by seperate team members from the in-house team and external employees are regulated properly.

**What do you dislike about Sleekr?**

The connection of single payments for one time jobs with the accounting department is not in every case possible, here is a additional feature necessary. Employees working abroad can't be registred so easy.

**Recommendations to others considering Sleekr:**

Recommending to use for external employees a supported software.

**What problems is Sleekr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the whole payments and rolls at the end of the period. The automatically registration of presences helps to get a clear and fair payment.
