Whenever I have a question, I can simply search for a specific word in the channel, and if someone has asked it before, I can easily find the answer in the chat history. I recall a time when a provider asked me whether a certain type of service was covered. I tried reaching out to my supervisor but didn’t get a response, so I used the search box in the relevant channel. I quickly found the information I needed and was able to give the provider an accurate answer. Some of my colleagues had already asked that same question in our channel. One feature that has been especially useful for us is Incoming Webhooks. We integrated our Selenium automation framework with Slack, so after every automation execution, the test summary is posted directly into a dedicated Slack channel.
