It seems like there's no way to collect Payment & incidental hold at the same time. We have to do it seperately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

I dislike the times the system has to go down due to maintenance or updates. It has gotten better over the years. At least now they schedule the maintenance ahead of time. Not at random. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

I find the user interface to be very user friendly. It makes sure that the information you've typed in is correct allowing for ease of comfort. I also think that the best feature is the reports, they are very detail oriented allowing the user to be able to find almost anything about any guest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I which the logon time was a bit longer so I didn't have to login as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about SkyTouch Technology is how user-friendly it is to all professional levels. Whether you are a beginner or an expert to this PMS, everything is easy to find or manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SkyTouch Technology?

What I personally dislike about SkyTouch is making guests' room key. It's not integrated to our system. It would be better if we can initiate to create a room key from the same system and not having to go to a different application just to make keys for guests. What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

Home screen has a quick view of hotel status, arrivals, departures, vacant rooms number of Out of order rooms. etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SkyTouch Technology?

There is a e_regcard terminal for guest signature. My issue is Suppressed rate reservations should never display the rate to the guests. On the notes on the reg card it displays the suppressed rate to the guest and I have had several guests ask what that amount was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
