What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

What do you dislike about SkyTouch Technology?

The Glitches in arrivals as UNKNOWN from 3rd party reservations and sometimes did not let to edit guest profiles saying primary address required. Takes a long time to receive a reply from customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

The simplicity and online login capabilities are fantastic. Being able to log in at home to help the front desk with a challenge is great. Also when someone emails you for a reservation in your off hours you can log in and create the reservation quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SkyTouch Technology?

Sometimes it is limited to what you can do. For instance, I needed to do a yearly audit on a charge code and you have to print the report monthly on each code you want to audit. You cannot generate the report for a year at a time for charge codes. I even called support to ensure there was no easier way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

The technical support is always great. We have a red assigned directly to us. The tape chart is easy to use since there aren't a lot of features. Stewart Black has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SkyTouch Technology?

You can only see 7 days at a time. Rooms randomly flip to dirty even when unoccupied. Adding new rooms is kind of a pain. Would like to see more options for running reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

SkyTouch is extremely user friendly and very efficient. Training is spot on and well thought out. Each feature is beneficial to the hotels operation. What do you like best about SkyTouch Technology?

Skytouch Technology Support is the best I have experienced with any of the vendors that I have dealt with in 20 years. I used to run Opera before and the support did not hold a candle up to Skytouch's support. The agents are always eager the assist and if there are any recommendations, they make a note of them or we can go to their community center and submit any changes that are requested by a hotelier. The staff is very knowledgeable and very responsive. Aaron and Haley went above and beyond to set up my hotel on Skytouch. They are very helpful in answering questions regarding the implementation of PMS. I would highly

I have worked with Skytouch for over 20 years. First with Choice Hotels Canada and then

with our independent hotel, I know it the Skytouch I needed to have Easy user friendly, and great reporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can say there is anything I dislike about
