
The tech support is top notch at Skytouch. Honestly, I always dread calling tech support for Choice Hotels, who owns Skytouch, because they make you sit on hold forever, and then you get someone who doesn't really know the system that way. The result is being put on hold over and over while they call a more knowledgeable person to get a possible answer. At Skytouch, that doesn't happen, because they don't seem to use overseas help to man the tech support lines, and the result is fast friendly people that actually KNOW the system inside out, and can figure out issues quickly! There are times when you may have to sit on hold a minute or two, but it isn't like the 30 minutes or longer with other companies. I would definitely use Skytouch again! The only thing I believe Skytouch could improve is to have system status information on the login page. On my most recent call this morning, they immediately gave me the information that they are aware of people not being able to login, and that they were working on it. Again, it would have been good if that were posted on the login page so that we could avoid the call in the first place. Other than that, there are no glaring problems at ST.
