SimpleTexting gives us the ability to communicate with our clients quickly and easily, one-on-one or in mass text form. We have real time texting with them from a computer or smart phone. We can see what other users have sent. Texts are categorized by which user interacted with that client last. Simpletexting is used all day, every day by our office staff. Simpletexting was quick and easy to set up. They worked with our phone provider to get the necessary certifications to use our existing landline as a text line through them as well. I've used Simple Texting for over 3 years, and it's so user friendly and simple (hence the name, HAHA). I use it 3 times/year for client events/reminders to our real estate client database, and it's very functional to schedule new campaigns, duplicate/edit from past campaigns, and the customer support is very responsive and helpful. I do wish it was a little easier to manage for when I only use it 3 times/year; they do have some options for this, and I wish it were a bit more clear. My team doesn't use it as frequently as other users or big corporations that text weekly/daily, but it's still the best option I've found for mass text services. I llove how the messages are easy to see and easy to respond to. And its's very easy to see the history of your chats with your clients. A great feature is that can also import your own business phone number to use to text from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to dislike about Simple Texting, but one thing I wish was available is it would be cool if you can have multiple numbers in one account to text from with a drop down to toggle back and forth from numbers and messages to those numbers in your account. One challenge that I'm currently facing with a subscriber is her attempting to Opt in to our text messages and she's still not able to successfully complete. I've even selected the Re-subscribe option under her name and she still hasn't been able to receive the text. So perhaps it's a phone provider issue at this point? The only thing I'd say I "dislike" is that because it's not our only means of communication with our audience, we have to set up automations or manually enter a contact's info. The text to join is helpful, however we don't rely on that since we'd rather use one sign up form where they can check off which options theyd like to "opt-in" to.
