The customer service is remarkable! They are friendly, helpful, you don't sit on hold for very long and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are several things which I noticed could improve as I am a newcomer to this site and some things jump out at me. It's not correct to say "Dislike" but more like needs improvement.
1. I am stuck inputting my contacts one at a time. My CSV list just wouldn't work so as I am inputting one contact at a time, I realize the ADD CONTACT blue button has a drop down menu to "MANUALLY ADD CONTACT". This is tedious as all hell and should have it's now separate button to make inputting thousands of names/text numbers quicker.
2. On the iPhone app, the font is too small. I can read font on other apps but there is no way to increase the font on Simple Texting's iPhone app. You can increase the size of the iPhone app but definitely no way to increase Simple Texting's own font. That makes it frustrating having to dig for glasses when the issue could be improved if the font was double the size.
3. When you have a contact list, it would be a nice feature to be able to have a default list as I am using only 1 list but when inputting a new name/text number, I have to click on the drop down menut for Connect to list. There is a Select All which is kind of a default in a way but being able to set an automatic default would be nice, something you can turn on and turn off.

Lists and keywords make it easy to send campaigns to the right contacts, and the inbox design makes real conversations natural and fast. And don't forget the away message for when you're not going to be able to respond quickly! I haven't messed with the API yet, but I'm confident that will really make integration with our website even better than the already-easy web forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. I'm not sure "segments" are more useful than lists. I may need to do a bit more learning there.
2. It was a little difficult to change the html on a web form to grab parameters from a page url. I should learn to use an API i guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is in the name. It is simple and easy to work with. SimpleTexting has very rigorous rules and regulations so you know your subscribers are safe and can trust their personal data with SimpleTexting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see more automation/campaign features as we do with email (eg. drip campaigns) or more in-depth data to collect from our subscribers. sharing data between platforms is a must for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about SimpleTexting is the customer support that we recieve. With other providers we have used in the past, we are often left waiting for support/help for days. How often our toll-free number gets blocked. Sometimes, people unsubscribe from our lists when they have already purchased our product and do not need another one. In most cases, this is a good thing because we have helped them make a purchase, but this is seen as a bad thing and we are often blocked for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website is very user-friendly and good-looking. What's more, it provides many functions like web sign-up forms, subscriber management and analytics. It benefits our company a lot. And the customer support team responds quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be better if it could automatically connect with Dropbox or AWS to save all the messages we send and receive. Also, we are looking forward to more kinds of analytic reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is really simple to use and we've been able to build a comprehensive SMS marketing list. There are a lot of capabilities, from surveys to polls to individual texting that has enhanced our customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
