The team was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the features of their product. Quite refreshing compared to other companies competing at the same level.

There is somewhat of confusion between keywords and autoresponders, but it was easy to overcome.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I have had a good experience with SimpleTexting overall. Their UI is easy to use, and I like that I can chat their customer service. I chatted with Roy Jane today, who was very helpful and provided me with great customer service.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I wish their rollover credits and payment plans were a bit more transparent and easy to understand. I've also found that when I try to contact their customer service via phone, I am never connected with a service rep, and am instead asked to leave a callback number--but they never call back. I recommend using their live chat instead.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, I wish their rollover credit policy and payment plans were easier to understand. Other than that, it's a great and easy-to-use mass texting service.

You should try the demo with "real" situations.  This will help you assess the product for your needs.

We used to have to call patients to remind them of their appointments -- this eliminates this extra step.  We just schedule a "reminder" text

Texts to your phone from the system don’t display correctly and have no emojis so you need to use the app or login or you get crap texts. They basically goobeldygook warnings telling you you got a message you need to check in the app

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The ease of the app on your phone to send texts & the prompt response of customer service. I had inquired about using a short code for my number instead of a regular phone number. The reason for this is because I didn't want to confuse recipients of the texts thinking I was a person they knew but didn't have their number saved. The staff was prompt in getting that approved after I mentioned to them how I would have people subscribe to our texts. They also were very prompt when my payment method wasn't working and it ended up charging me the monthly amount and the annual amount when I wanted just the annual amount. The service rep was quick to refund me and didn't give me a hassle at all. I also like that you can save a text as a draft & go back to it later and you can schedule a text to go out at a certain time. This helps me to work ahead and not have to go into the app or site right when I need to have it sent or avoids me forgetting to do so when I really need it to be sent!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I dislike that you have to have permission to import a huge list of contacts but see why this is because of regulations with the government and I see how this could be a very abused service if there wasn't measures to do so. I used this for a different purpose prior to the account that I have and that was an issue I faced since I was communicating with a few thousand people that needed updates at a conference.

Generation Z isn't on email like the Millenials are more so - this service gets information into their hands when they are constantly on their phone!

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

Simple texting has made work and reaching out to our clients a lot easier and thus made my job more enjoyable. To have a dashboard that is efficient with templates that I use makes sending messages to clients quick and thus allows me more time to complete other tasks.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I don't like that I hit enter and the message is sent. There have been a few incidences that I hit enter without finishing my entire message and it sends the message.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In previous years, we would contact each of our clients by phone or email to let them know that their work was done. Many don't answer their phones unless they know who is calling them. Therefore, I would leave messages and they would return my call. All of this talk was time & energy consuming. Texting is quick and easy.

I tried two other companies before I found SimpleTexting. They were so confusing. Once I signed up with SimpleTexting it took me all of 5 minutes to send out my first mass text. They make it super easy to use! I use it every week to send out mass texts to our agents.

Honestly there are no downsides that I have faced while using it.

I love the program it is easy to use!  Creating Keywords and Campaigns are super easy.   The user support is phenomenal!  The videos are very easy to understand, they even include a written transcript!   I also love the tips and tricks emails I receive from the team.

Not a thing!  The program is easy to use

We are solving the need for church attenders to complete welcome cards and fill out clipboards to sign up for various events.  We are anxiously awaiting to go into full implementation when the church is able to reopen again.

I like 1. the easy integration using Zapier.  2. I like how it's set up for ease of use for what I would like for it to do - meeting my needs as reminders for appointments, welcome texts and overall communication with my customers.

Having never used SMS software, I was nervous about a somewhat steep learning curve. And after trying several other brands out, I found them lacking an intuitive UI. I'm glad I found SimpleTexting. My subscriber list is already growing, and I'm looking forward to utilize their built-in apps.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

So far I like everything I see. Keep up the work! I don't think there's anything else that you need to add. If I was to be super critical, I'd say that if SimpleTexting were to implement a drag and drop flow builder with message content, schedule/delay, and flow splits for those who text different keywords, I think that would be awesome. That takes ease of use to the next level.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:**

Try it. Seriously. You'll be surprised how easy it is to use and how helpful and communicative the support team is. Any time I reached out to the support team via email, they were very quick to reply and offer assistance. They even asked if I needed to jump on a call to have them walk through the platform with me and come up with strategies to best fit our company's goals. Quality software that easy to use and is affordable? CHECK. Supportive staff? CHECK.

With SimpleTexting, we're really able to connect with customers in a way that email and social marketing can't do. It's very direct and you're able to not only hone in on the most engaged customers (and increase loyalty/ your superfandom but you're also able to reach a wider segment of customers and keep them interested. I like the stability of the website, I have never seen it unreachable.  Navigating back and forth between areas is simple enough for our front office staff to handle day to day responsibilities without getting our IT Department involved.  Responding to texts is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

We were not able to get our auto-reply to work correctly.  We wanted two different replies, one for business hours and one for outside of business hours.  We had to use Zapier to get this to function correctly.

It has been an invaluable tool that once started as an online appointment resource and has expanded to our Covid-19 screenings.  We were able to setup our emergent process in 1-day using Simple Texting.

SimpleTexting has allowed me to communicate quickly and easily with my customers in a distinctly challenging time. I am able to use my landline number to text with customers and serve them better than ever. SimpleTexting's customer service is outstanding as well!

Sometimes the notifications don't clear as quickly as I respond to them- which is a personal pet peeve, but not a hindrance at all.

Love the dashboard- even reminds me of using iMessage with the colors. Love the platform. Mobile app gets a bit buggy from time to time, and I wish that the number of credits would be more substantial or character limit increased- but I get it, business is business. A great platform so far and it's essential to my weather consulting business (Meteorologist).

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The mobile app can be buggy and you have to force close it a few times and re-open, even on iOS13, as sometimes the frames cut in half and it smooshes everything into the vertical in a narrow column on the left side of the app (hard to explain).
Credit value could be a bit greater. It also seems like sometimes the messages default to MMS when short, and also if sending a short message with media- it still says MMS, so I am not sure how the credits are actually being applied. Also the Analytics number is always a couple off from the dashboard- so it's a bit confusing as to what the real remaining count is.

Simplifying having to manually text all of my clients. It's easier to have everyone in an easy to use dashboard.

SimpleTexting is easy to use with tons of features I'm still adding into my campaigns. Most of all, my clients LOVE getting content delivered right to their phone! I love that I can schedule weeks worth of content in just minutes. And the live help is AMAZING! The mobile app is great and it's where I do the bulk of my work (iPad). I rarely sign on to the website anymore! My clients find signing up is easy!

The credits are a bit misleading. Sometimes the app (where I do most of my work) is a little quirky. It would be great to know ahead of time when my content may get reviewed as it delays the delivery time.

What ever number of credits you think you need, double it! You will want to use it for everything!

I have developed an entirely new way to deliver course content to my clients. I'm providing education right to their phones which is where they're already living! My clients open the content they're given and take action. They love getting the info right to their phones! I am looking forward to incorporating more and more of the tools offered to expand my business!

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

SimpleTexting has literally changed my business. Prior to SimpleTexting, I was spending thousands of dollars on print advertising and social media compaigns, but with the SimpleTexting platform, I'm able to get such better results, and much quicker. The platform is super easy to use, and the shortcode they use is very memorable for customers. I'm extremely pleased with the product, and their service is excellent as well. One guy in particular I deal with is Drew Wilkinson, and he is outstanding if you have a chance to deal with him. Overall, I can't recommend SimpleTexting enough. Just a wonderful and extremely powerful marking platform.

Paying for overrages because I always end up using the platform way more than I thought i would, every week.

The thing I love best about the platform is how simple it is to send multiple texts at one time to several leads. Importing contacts is simple and you can even use templates to create a simple workflow

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The limited characters allowed for a SMS is frustrating because I typically need to use a MMS text which is 3x the credits as an SMS

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to reach out to leads quickly with a lot of information. We are getting benefits of the platform by have leads get our text before we ever make a phone call

Ease of individuals joining...all people have to do is type a keyword and on the list they go!

Haven’t figured out how to assign individuals names to their numbers...they simply just join as a phone number...

I love that you can stay in touch with my clients with just a text. My clients love the birthday app. I can send special coupons to my clients and give them a portion of the melted wax on their birthday. I also love the text 2 win app. It's a great way to keep my clients engaged.

When you try to send a message to users, the system limits you to a single outgoing message that you can personally send to someone. This is a major drawback, because when a user has a question or needs help, we cannot assist them through the text messaging system.

The only thing we could say is a downside is that our email notifications don't tell us who the message is coming from even after we have added them to the program.

Simpletexting is a great platform. The setting of the website is simple and anyone can use it as it is really not complicated. The customer service are really great, really helpful and friendly. The data collection is also very easy.

There aren’t much to dislike about this app. It works pretty well but the apps do get glitchy at times. And it would be really great if we had an option to see the balance and payment informations. Also the character limit is a bit low, could have been high.

This is the second service we've used for texting in the past two years and it works perfect, easy to use, new staff can quickly get acquainted with it, organized interface, secure data storage for our organization's contacts.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

There really isn't  much we dislike, it can always be cheaper especially for non-profit 501C3 organizations like ourselves.

Go for it! We switched to it a few months ago and are very satisfied, we're not considering swtiching to any other service in the forseeable future. If you wish to save money and get your orgs message accross, this service is for you.

Easily apply credits to whatever texting campaign we're doing, very simple and user friendly that I didn't need any tutorials to figure it all out the first time. Texts are sent cleanly and quickly without any issues unlike other services we've used.

We have been using SimpleTexting for almost a year now and I appreciate the ease of use of the software. To get through the basic task of setting up an SMS campaign, sending  it, and tracking responses, it does the job without making it difficult.

There have been a couple situations where the software was buggy, a screen wouldn't load or list counts were off. We were able to get quick help from support to resolve our issues.

Be conservative on the number of text messages you expect to send per month and plan to send more than expected.

We were able to use SimpleTexting's API to integrate text messages into our onboarding process for one of our process. Using the API allowed us to save time and send a text message to our members right away.

The fact that it tells you how many of the designees were actually reached is a plus. I love that it allows the ability to add a clients date of birth. A simple text on someone's birthday has an everlasting effect.

At this point its to premature to say i dont like anything it particular.

Prior to simple text i relied on the software i used for mass communication. However software had periods of contract negotiation with phone carriers and made it difficult to communicate with some clients.
