Push notifiations work from time to time, Customer service is SLOW, about 10 minutes between responses when using the "chat" feature **What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?** right now, it's creating more problems than it's solving ### 2. You sign up for a plan and if you go over your credits you will be paying 3 times more. I signed up for a $225 plan for a year and at the end of the year, I paid $225 + $631 = $856.
