I know most employees don't check their emails regularly, but everyone has their phones on them. I like the fact I can schedule texts to send at a later date/time. This feature helps simplify my job when I need to get information out to our employees, but I want to send it out later, say during their lunch, so I know they will have a moment to read it. Simple Texting helps me keep everyone on the same page and up to date with possible sudden changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I have found that I am not a fan of is the text amount vs. the number of credits it takes to send them. It has to be a concise and straightforward message to qualify for just one credit. We have under 100 employees and still use hundreds if not thousands of credits a month but only send maybe 2-4 messages monthly. I have found that short and sweet is the key to using Simple Texting.
