**What do you like best about ShipMonk?**

Working with Kim Karp at ShipMonk has been an absolute pleasure.  Her exceptional support and hard work have been invaluable to our team at 4ocean. The team has been consistently impressed with her dedication and expertise, which have significantly contributed to our operations.

**What do you dislike about ShipMonk?**

None that I can think of at the moment..

**What problems is ShipMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fulfilling e-commerce orders

  ### 2. Shipmonk's customer experience team are really great

**What do you like best about ShipMonk?**

We've had Daniel as our 'happiness engineer'/ account manager and he's been great! Daniel's super responsive and helpful on emails and free to take our calls whenever we need him. He's so understanding to our business needs and willing to see how the Shipmonk team's operations can work the way we need them to.

**What do you dislike about ShipMonk?**

Making claims with couriers is our slowest progress with Shipmonk at the minute. We are struggling with making claims for missing items/ lost packages etc since these need to go through Shipmonk instead of directly with the courier. We are working with Daniel on this.

**What problems is ShipMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipmonk are enabling us to serve US customers more efficiently and cost effectively.

  ### 3. Poor experience turned around

**What do you like best about ShipMonk?**

The new Ship Monk Portal is a huge improvement over the Deposco System. I like that there is more functionality that we can update on our end and the shipment status is much more transparent, allowing us to get ahead of missing shipments.

**What do you dislike about ShipMonk?**

It's taking months to get credits approved, which is our biggest issue currently. We had many issues with the Ruby Has Nevada location including getting overbilled for over 6 months, a large number of late shipments in late Q3 and most of Q4 2022 and poor follow through on issues and tickets. As soon as Joe was assigned as our account manager, we were able to start moving through the ongoing issues and we are getting back on track. He personally checks on our orders daily to make sure they are going out and reaches out to us whenever an issue comes up so we can resolve it immediately. If it weren't for Christine's help in Q4 and Joe's hard work to get us back on track, we would've left and gone to a new 3PL.

**What problems is ShipMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have sent all fulfillment to Ship Monk and this has taken that entire warehousing and drop shipping piece away for us. Our business performance, in the eyes of our vendors, has gone down due to late orders but now that Ship Monk is transitioning the Nevada location over, things are starting to get better.

Helped me with my issues and worked it all out.  Had some problems in the beginning but their management team helped solve them.

**What do you dislike about ShipMonk?**

Had issues with rates hikes but they took care of it.

**What problems is ShipMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a fulfillment company for eCommerce.  They handle that well.

**What do you like best about ShipMonk?**

That one is able to quickly view inventory levels and is able to filter out by warehouse.

**What do you dislike about ShipMonk?**

That I am not able to determine the inventory value by warehouse and SKU

**What problems is ShipMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its awesome at determining how much inventory we have per warehouse and how many days we have till we know that inventory will run out.

Very good Software and if you are lucky to get an HE like Antonio, then everything is good.

Sometimes they take too long to fulfill.

Efficiency, on-time delivery and options including international and domestic distribution

The labeling process for boxes when it comes to shipped boxes from other companies into ShipMonks location

If your looking for a way to effectively deliver and store your products domestically and internationally, ShipMonks the way to go.
