**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Easy to set up and manage the business hours, time slots, and patient contact information.  Accessible from smartphones, tablets, and laptops.  I tried different app in the past, but Setmore has been the most user-friendly system for both administrators and patients.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I've used this free version for several years.  I have not had any issues and complaints.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To avoid and minimize congestions during the same time slots, especially at the peak time period.

Ease of use, display and relative easy to setup. 
Connectivity with other apps makes it an all-in-one solution as an online booking facility.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Service type like classes need to be improved such as allowing the 'private class' option, so that this service is not opened to the public consumer group but for brand to run private classes. This is currently still not available on Setmore.

Allowing consumers to speak to my brand directly and conveniently.

It has the lowest price and the most options for that price range.

There is a minimal amount of things that you can modify for the main structure.

If you're looking for a low priced, great scheduling app you have found it. If you were looking for app with tons of options, you may want to look elsewhere.

I have been able to automate jobs scheduling through our customers. They benefit is taking one item off of my plate.Keeping all the employees organized and helping them get to their schedule location.

Wish it could send multiple appointment reminders.  Being in Arizona where we are always MST, it confuses some.  wish we could change it PDT and then to MST, even though our clocks don't change/

Easy to use and program.  This service was a huge save during the pandemic, and we still use it today.  No glitches and very dependable.

There isn't anything I dislike.  Its extremely helpful

Having to take each appointment via phone or in person.  Setmore allows me to give out the site, and they can make their appointment in the time window I have available.

I had the free product at it was awesome! I used it while I worked for a small in-house cleaning company, and it kept everything organized and at my fingertips whenever I needed it

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There wasn't anything I disliked about it. I would have loved to use all the features the paid version had though. It would have made setting up appointments with multiple people easier.

It is awesome at keeping all your customers and their information in one place, not only on your computer but with your phone! It is so easy to put in appointments, and the reminders are awesome, plus it sends reminders to the customers if you want it to.

This software enables my customers to digitally book a meeting by simply choosing my available dates and times, receiving confirmation and timely reminders of an appointment. Furthermore, this application is available on mobile and tablet, making it a mobile appointment scheduling application.

Though this software helps collect and manage appointments, there is no feature to conduct virtual meetings within this software, which I feel is a major downside.

The ability to add all client addresses and phone numbers and type of appointment in one easy-to-use database. It is helpful that the interface is available across various platforms. It appears to be HIPAA compliant.

The calendar view and inability to drag appointments on mobile apps. No in-app map to plot client addresses.  No choice to map client addresses via Waze on mobile apps.

Setmore is straightforward to use and sets up in no time. The best part is that integrating this appointment scheduling tool with our social networking platform has been smooth. We can access it anywhere as a team. All in all, our need to respond to the phone has been reduced as attendees book themselves directly.

The displeasure is that automatic emails are not customizable. We had to create separate emails to explain our process to our customers. Additionally, I wish there were more exciting colours to choose from for the numerous appointment facilities available.

Undoubtedly, Setmore is an exceptional online appointment scheduling tool. I have used many free versions, one of the best I have come across. Customer support is outstanding.

The easy setup and appointment scheduling are the best things about Setmore. They offer multiple pricing packages and free package to get new users started and acquainted with their platform. The email notifications arrive in a timely manner. I can stay posted on new account and booking activities from my computer, phone or smart watch. The design of the calendars and account management dashboard is lovely. It is great for people that might be hesitant to use software online.

Making some updates to scheduling across multiple dates can be hard. There aren't as many options as we'd like to edit some of the emails and calendar features the way we want. It's fine in general though. The pros outweigh the cons.

Appointment scheduling can be done in a more intuitive streamlined way. There is no need to email or talk to people that want to schedule an appointment. I like that Setmore can be set up within minutes and is hosted on an external server that we don't have to worry about managing. The functionality to add new appointment dates is intuitive. I didn't have to read too much about how to use Setmore before adding it to our website. I could just sign in and know what to do based on the menu options and labeling. I like getting email notifications whenever I get a new appointment or an appointment update.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Making some mass changes can be tricky, though there is usually a way to get it done with some creativity. I think the pricing is fair, but it's not the lowest price I've seen out there for an online scheduling program.

I think Setmore is good when added to a website, but if you don't have a website and maybe just have social media pages, then you can still use Setmore alone with links from your social media.

The system is so easy to use, easy to integrate with Facebook too!  I rarely have questions due to the easy to understand interface and a couple of times I have asked for help from Support I received quick and accurate answers from the friendly support team.  My clients tell me daily that they love the booking tool we use.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I wish I could see a weekly view of all staff, but it's a minor wish and swapping from employee to employee is easy and quick.  Right now we can see weekly schedules of one staff at a time, and the ability to look at everyone's schedule at one glace would be great.

Setmore is the best booking product available, with the most reasonable pricing structure.

Really nice tool for appointment setting and charging for appointments. Lots of really good uses for this and we use it for providing users with a demo and also for freelancing job requests where payment is required. Nice integrations and the premium features are also great.

Could do with some desktop apps or widgets to use the tool offline or by downloading it instead of browser only, but it's still a great solution whether you use the free version or premium.

We can make Setmore work with many different online media. Add Setmore to a website is the most common method, but we I like that we can also add it to our Facebook page and a general link that we can use to direct people from all kinds of communications like email, flyers and trade show presentations. Adding new appointments is a relatively simple process and Setmore provides us with thorough guides on what we need to do and different ways we can customize the experience to match our website design and other requirements.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I hate to say anything negative about Setmore since it has performed very well, but if I were to be extra picky, then I'd say that I would like to be able to customize the look more. I know it's possible to customize certain things with the layout and information we put in our appointment calendars, but making things fit a certain look is difficult to do.

Setmore is a good way to get people to dig further into our website for other content. After they are done booking an appointment, we can encourage them to browse around or click through to specific pages. That can sometimes lead to conversions or just better familiarity with our business.

I get way more appointment bookings through Setmore than I do through calls or in-person bookings. I'm able to manage appointments from booking to meeting entirely through the Setmore platform. I also have the option to follow-up with call since I have the person's contact information. They can also call or email me since my contact information is given to them upon scheduling and also in confirmation and follow-up emails.

The user experience is very pleasant. The design is clean and light. Signing up for an appointment is straightforward and intuitive with the calendar view. On the account management side, the layout and controls are equally pleasant to work with. I like that I can connect this software to my computer and phone's calendar apps. What makes this platform really stand out is the ability to accept credit card payments.

There aren't many negative things I can point out about Setmore. I think people who may very little experience using the internet and common web forms may find it difficult to use. There's also the possibility that you can get be sent marketing messages from people that don't intend to meet with you. There's less of a human connection compared to a phone call. Though I think it's still worth it, the premium pricing is on the high side.

Setmore allows for you to set a private calendar and give access to those scheduling for you. That being said, Setmore makes it easy to gain new clients and to prevent scheduling conflicts. Another benefit is that you can provide in-depth options to the consumer, from letting them pick their service to letting them pick the provider that they are either most comfortable or familiar with, providing brand loyalty. Finally, objectively best part of this mix is that you can even include a bit of information in the scheduling script to prevent any kind of confusion or issues.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

The main issue I've got with Setmore is that there isn't any notification when someone else has the same time-slot for an appointment in their "cart". You might go through the entire process of scheduling only to find out that just a moment before, someone else sniped the time slot that you claimed was available.

If you're going to use this service, prepare for your calendar to fill up, and prepare for happy customers given that they'll never face another double-booking cancellation.

Setmore helps to balance calendars and to maximize the number of clients that you can schedule. For the sake of the privacy of my clients, I'll be attaching a generic picture - however, the benefits are clear - you can have a full calendar without the worry of double-booking and the need to explicitly communicate.

Setmore is has a light and whimsical design that makes me feel comfortable when using it. All of the settings and options are placed in an orderly fashion with succinct instructions. I like that we can generate a completely hosted scheduling page that doesn't' require any coding knowledge. We also have the option to embed the scheduler into our website for a more streamlined experience.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Though the software meets most of my needs, it would be nice to be able to adjust the overall design more to better fit events and particular needs. The pricing isn't bad, but I think the premium plans are higher priced than many other similar services out there.

I think Setmore is a great scheduling tool that can not only make things easier on your business, but provide a convenience for your customers or clients that they will likely appreciate. I would certainly suggest giving it a try so that your potential customers at least have the option of scheduling an appointment online.

I use Setmore for many types of appointment scheduling purposes. It makes book and canceling appointments more efficient since people can pick and cancel appointments on their own. The Setmore system takes care of all the logistics on the backend and will update my calendar in real time. It allows me to focus less on administrative tasks and has been a streamlined way to compile contact information than I can save into spreadsheets or export into other applications.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I like that SetMore can sync with my calendar software. That allows me to stay better organized and on top of appointments. It reduces my need to update appointment availability in multiple places, which also reduces errors. For payments, I like using my Stripe account to process payments online. SetMore has an easy-to-use mobile application that I can use when I'm out of the office or just want to organize my schedule on my phone. It's a great way for me to have constant access to the platform. SetMore provides text notifications to help remind people about appointments. SetMore also sends account owners emails to keep them post on account activity. Overall, the user interface is clean and makes the software easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I dislike that multiple appointments can't be scheduled at once. The calendar syncing can sometimes not register properly, so I'll usually have to double-check my SetMore account to just to be sure everything is updated properly. It would be nice if there are more design customization options for the calendar and different sections of the scheduler.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

I would recommend LibreOffice as a low cost and relatively effective office document suite. I think you'll be able to create many common office documents like text documents and spreadsheets with relative ease. If you're looking for the highest level of flexibility and capabilities, then LibreOffice is probably not the best choice. It would probably be safer to use Microsoft Office.

We use SetMore for all of our online appointment scheduling needs. It's easy for us to link our scheduling page from various places like email newsletters, social media account, web pages and print materials. SetMore has been a great solution for keeping our appointments registered in one place and allows everything to be more unified without scheduling conflicts. Being able to sync with my calendar has helped me to save time and stay better organized. Being available at all hours of the day makes it a convenient option for clients. They can access the scheduler according to their availability. We can also use SetMore for internal appointments.

There is so much diversity in the way that you set up Setmore. You can have it open and allow patients/clients to schedule themselves where they can only schedule the appointment. You can also have it password protected for employees, where they are able to have access to schedule, reschedule, remove, or confirm appointments. What I like best is the blind guest scheduling feature where your clients will only see available dates and times but not who else is scheduled.

I dislike that once you confirm an appointment there is no way to cancel right away if your the patient/client and make a mistake or change your mindm you simply have to double book your appointment and let the office know to cancel. This is ok for new clients, but fir existing clients it would be nice to have a feature that allows them to login and just a big cancel button that you double confirm to actually cancel.

Ease of booking for clients. They can do their bookings online and it is all kept on one calendar.

The app is pretty glitchy and has been for a long time. It doesn't always send push notifications so if I have a same day booking, I'm likely to miss it unlessI check the website several times per day.

When checking for appointments it is best to go through the website because the phone app is very glitchy. If having a good, functioning app is crucial, then this may not be the product for you.

We use Setmore to handle bookings for a photography company. It is great for letting our clients set up their appointment without having to call or email asking for availability.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I like that when a client would set an appointment they would instantly receive an email and on that email they have a choice to reschedule or to cancel. This way there is a self-service involved that is convenient for us and the client. I also like the email and text reminder feature. (available fore the premium plan) This lowered our no-show appointments. The price for this is also very reasonable. And I get basic reports which I used to do manually and it can be time consuming. 

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I do not like that you can set up classes or sessions for groups but they do not have the reschedule and cancellation feature in the email confirmation. Classes or sessions also does not have the text reminder feature even if you are in the premium plan. I would like the same features to be available across the board. I also do not like that on the email - there is a calendar appointment attachment but the contact details showing there only shows the admin email and not the personal service provider. Should clients need to email their service providers - it goes to the admin and not to my team who is scheduled to do the service with them. 

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

This is a very easy to use web based software. I was able to set this up in 1 day and my sales officers told me that it lessened their number of emails to clients in arranging for the appointments. It also lowered their no-shows. It was easy to use and clients seeing that we have a formal way to schedule our appointments - take it more seriously and commit to the time they choose. I can also see a lot of clients rescheduling and some cancelling and it notifies us. This also gave our clients the ability to control their own appointments as well. Overall, I highly recommend it. 

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore was able to help me minimize a lot of email exchanges with clients on setting up appointments with them. This is more efficient and I spend less time rescheduling the appointments if the clients could not make it. They can do it themselves. I also got better reporting with Setmore. I am able to audit and track the appointments and whether clients are able to do a bit of self-service for their appointments.

Honestly the simplicity that comes with using Setmore is great, booking appointment and having the reminder feature is great.

There’s not much I disliked. I hope they soon implement a feature to edit the text reminders sent out by Setmore, and also allow people texted to confirm appointment by replying
