What do you like best about Setmore?

The fact that I can send a link or set a link to my webpage to allow clients to book a meeting or shoot with a couple of clicks, and it sends updates right away. To have this power of essentially having a booking agent for free still blows my mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I wish there was a feature to at the very least copy and paste, or set parameters for events that are routine or happen often over a long period of time, other than having to block out each individual day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

It's easy to set up and run, and does everything I need . it's been my clinical diary for about four years now. Very rarely there is a glitch or issue, and the chat people are always very helpful and quick to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

There aren't really any down sides, although I would like to be able to have a record of when an appointment has been cancelled Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

Features I like are mobile-friendly app, clients can book a service but also see what else is offered and book there as well. I also like the ability to integrate with Gmail calendar and easily add to my website, social media, link.tree etc. There are some features I know I'm not fully taking advantage of. What do you dislike about Setmore?

the inability to have custom availability based on a particular service. For instance, I want to only open the calendar for consultations for a certain amount of days and/or times and different day/times for other services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

I'm an academic advisor who meets with college students. Setmore saves me a huge amount of time. Instead of having to email back and forth with students trying to find an agreeable meeting time, I can simply send students to Setmore so that they can easily compare my availability with theirs. I also like that the few times I've needed it, their tech support team was highly responsive and my issues were resolved very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

For security reasons, my university will not allow me to integrate my Outlook calendar with Setmore, so I have to manually input appointments onto my calendar and go into Setmore and black out times that I'm unavailable. But that's not Setmore's fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

I like being able to develop and structure a call with a client and have my virtual assistant or anybody else on my team access the platform to forward meeting links and setup business profiles. Also I can block out time with my other apps such as Google calendar and it will continue on my set more so that it shows that I'm not available when my clients go and try and set an appointment. What do you dislike about Setmore?

The app is not as fluid as the website and other than that I have very little that I dislike about Setmore since the software integrates with a lot of payments, virtual meeting and phone software systems and give the users the best way to reach their clients. What do you like best about Setmore?

Unlimited booking, even in the free version. Also, I like the option of grouping courses/appointments into categories. Works well as a pop-up on my WordPress website. Simple to use and set limits on classroom size. Syncs well with Google calendar and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I would like to have an option where people can waitlist themselves for courses that are booked FULL. Also, my preferred payment processor Converge is not there. Another feature I would like to see is an option to buy course-related materials (course manual, the choice for electronic or printed material, etc.)
