What do you dislike about Setmore? I have used it for 4 years. Th esoftware seems to be increasingly buggy with issues and bugs on the back end. When you call the helpdesk, I hav to explain myself over and over. I know where they should look better than they do. The other person on the line gives you well practisd lines as if reading a script. or 3 days now I am trying to rectify an issue and the frustration levels are rising. Setmore isn't hard to figure out, but it doesn't have a lot of great features that are beneficial to a small business like mine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Setmore? Google sync has a lot of issues. When I asked for a way to resolve the fact that events shown as "free" will block off times at setmore, the advice given was to have separate calendars and not sync, making extra work for me to duplicate events. For businesses that use primarily google based services, including their calendar, I wouldn't depend on setmore to accurately represent free and busy slots in the scheduler system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you? Setmore did not have a solution to the problem I had with blocked off scheduling even though it's shown as free time.
