What do you like best about Setmore?

Tech stresses me out and this was so easy to set up! Thank you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

There are a few things that I would adjust on there for sure as far as services offered and being user-friendly. example, being able to click a package within a package option a or B. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

Setmore is so easy to use for me and the end user. I can do everything I need for scheduling and taking deposits with this one program. The booking page is clean and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My patients receive a reminder via text and email the day before their appointment reducing no shows and forgotten appointments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setmore has a very easy user interface and an easier customer interface so they scan schedule themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

Didn't find anything. I had nothing but trouble and was surprised by continually getting requests for reviews, but OK, I'll write one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I signed on with them and things went well for a month or so. Then I added a user, not understanding it was going to bump me into a higher pricing tier. There was no warning message, and I was charged for this upgrade. I asked to be moved back to my previous plan, but was bumped back to a free version. This canceled all my appointments! I had to figure that all out and reschedule them. But none of my calendar syncs or other features were working, either, so then appointments were double booking. I called again and was told I had to basically set up the account all over again. There was apparently no way they could add those features back for me. They also wouldn't reverse any of the fees that I incurred due to this. Then I got a bill for $180!! I asked what it was for, and they said they didn't know! I said I wanted to cancel and the rep didn't even ask why or try to retain the account. It's been days, and my account looks like it's still in place, but with a message saying my payment is overdue! And no one has yet contacted me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
