I love that there is a real person to answer questions. The ability to have multiple services and people. Much more intuitive than other services.

I wish you could have a separate confirmation email per service.

Scheduling meetings by service and by staff.  Clients and staff love the ability to schedule easily and synch with personal calendars. Track appt. by service and staff.

Easy to use. User-friendly tool that is appropriate for setting up appointments, especially during the pandemic where mostly all services are done online.

I had a hard time editing the appointment time slots seen on the page of the clients.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I love that it takes care of everything for me as far as booking a time, collecting payment, setting up a video link and sending reminders. All I have to do is check my calendar and show up.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There's been a glitch or two where video links failed to work and I lost a customer because we couldn't connect online. Also I don't like that you can't set different times to book ahead of time - one type of appointment can be booked only 12 hours ahead of time while another appointment type can be booked an hour in advance. Also, there are no coupons/discounts available. They do say these options are in the works at the moment.

Great for those who have multiple services to offer.

Booking for online lessons. This site makes it effortless for my students to pick a time and date and pay for their lesson.

The simplicity for the end users to be able to choose dates and times that are available.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

It would be nice if you could use the same email to log into different set more accounts for different business purposes.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past we would use an open shared Outlook calendar but unfortunately people would go in and change and remove appointments or double book appointments that were not allowed. Now we have a very easy streamlined way to show what appointments are available and not double booked unless our provider allows themselves to manually double book that spot. Works great for what we need!

Setmore is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, it has lots of integrations, very attentive and helpful customer support and lastly, it has a very affordable price.

The only downside of setmore is the time. It is not arranged to the physician's location.

Setmore is the best scheduling app since it is very user-friendly, has 24/7 customer support, and has also an app. It is a very affordable yet quality scheduling app a company can have.

I don't have major problems encountered with setmore, but just in case I have questions or clarifications, the customer support is available 24/7 and they replied promptly.

Though you can color code specific services, they are light/pastel. You can't color-code events you add so it's just a white block. Hard to read

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

There are a lot of features on Setmore that work really well for me. The app was free so I didn't expect much but there are a ton of additional features once you figure out how to use the app. These include giving employees time off, set break periods, etc.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There are some flaws on my end as well as my customers. They are minor but still notable. Sometimes when I go reschedule the time of something, it randomly changes the date as well. Also some of my customers have had problems because they try to schedule an appointment with me while they are in a different time zone and then it shows up as a different time for me. For example, I am in California and my client travelled to New York but decided to book an appointment with me while he was away. He booked for 6pm but for me it shows up as 3pm. So when he comes back, he comes to the appointment 3 hours "late" because he thought he booked for 6pm. This has happened a few times.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore is a great way for me to allow my clients to find times for my services that work for them. I just give them my booking link and they can pick their own times.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Setmore is extremely easy to use for both the staff & the patient. The data insights and statistics help us tremendously in conversations with the administration.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There isn't much that Setmore doesn't offer. We only use the free version, so we do not have access to the paid features, but the only complaints we have would be easily solved by paying for the premium subscription.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using Setmore during COVID to limit the number of student-athletes in the athletic training room at a single time. However, even since restrictions have been lifted, we have continued to use Setmore in order to manage our days more effectively. Additionally, we can use the statistics kept by Setmore (number of appointments, etc.) in our conversations with management and yearly reviews/evaluations.

It is good that in the booking notification customer can find the address of the company.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Our staff members offer services at different addresses, but in the notification sent to the customer, there can be only one address! It is very-very confusing!

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No possibility to mark working hours with 15min time slots (my working day starts at 8.45 but I can choose only 8.00 or 9.00).

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Platform simply works perfectly. We use it for about 2 years on different medical care companies, all our physiotherapists and sanitary staff uses the app for scheduling and keeping updated.
Creating new appointments is a perfect breeze and the notifications is the perfect complement.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

No Chilean local payment gateway is available (or custom gateway), so cannot use that function

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a special unit for home-care services, so our ContactCenter receives calls from patients and using setmore, all appointments are made by the app and our staff receives real-time updates and scheduling.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Setmore makes booking, scheduling, and keeping track of client payments so easy. Being able to reschedule appointments is a breeze, and I love that it takes the reminders off our "to-do list."  It's also great for cross-referencing payments at the end of the day/week.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

The mobile app can be visually confusing with the way each hour splits into 30minute chunks - I much prefer to use the desktop when booking in person. There is no way to block a "bad" customer if they are using the self-serve online booking aspect.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

Setmore removes a lot of worry from your day-to-day with its many features.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pre-pandemic letting customers could easily rebook themselves. We have a lot less no shows with the bulit in reminders that are time-stamped on our end.

Setmore is super easy to use, affordable and very versatile. We've used it for booking personal training, virtual calls for our seniors, salon services, etc. There is also lots of features for the free version, though the premium features are definitely worth it! I would highly recommend using Setmore, and have actually referred several other retirement communities to Setmore as well!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

May take a while to load at times. Setup may be a little time consuming in the beginning. It would be helpful if services were easier to add, especially if you have lots of services to add in.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking issues: finding availability, open appointments, double-booking, contact information, appointment reminders. It's streamlined a lot of our efforts and time spent on the phone with people.

I wanted a cheaper rate for a one day free event put on by a non-profit. We had a lot of "stations" which we used "employees" for. It was expensive to add a lot of stations/users.

Setmore is relatively easy and straightforward to set up. The exciting part is that we can create our multiple services and share our booking page in few steps with our customers to choose the time and date that best fits them. Furthermore, it also sends auto-reminders to the customer before the appointment.

Though Setmore has a feature to add multiple customers, it does not have more advanced features to engage them constantly, maybe through directly communicating or conducting meetings within this tool.

Setmore has made our online booking management very streamlined and automated up to the maximum extent. Now, we have to share the link of our booking page with our customers where they have the flexibility to choose their best date and time. Our experience with Setmore has had maybe one or two hiccups but anytime we needed assistance their customer service was SUPERB. They worked with us to help fix our problem and were extremely attentive. Customer Service and a Great Product make all the difference.

Nothing. Have truly enjoyed the product.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling our appointments has been easier than ever. We were going by emailed requests and the demand was too high. Letting them schedule themselves was beyond amazing.
