  ### 1. Great for booking with my students

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

The most helpful thing about Setmore is the automated message reminders to both students and myself after booking. Students find it easy to use. Also, the visual calendar for myself!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I dislike the break periods function. It's so frustrating! If you input something past a certain time, it won't let you put in a time within that. I have to start later in the day and go up to 9 am. I don't know how to explain it, but it's flawed and time-consuming.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No other problem solving except the break periods function being tiresome.  I would like to see an easier way to share the booking page, like having it on the home page or a quick button to copy the link. 

The benefits have been an easy way for students to meet with me one-on-one and specify the type of appointment too.

I cannot just choose the times that I would like to have appointments to book.  I have to set ranges.  I want to be able to say this time and that time specifically.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

i love the integrated features that are given to you in order to make your booking process look professional. I also love the fact that you have an app that you can download to your phone that allows you to be in constant connection with your bookings.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

with the free feature, you are very limited to what you are able to do, and you have very little customization. the price of the overall service is a bit much for smaller companies

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

one of the biggest issues that I have with the app is that you can not have it moved to the SD card, and there is no way for it to be running in the background or any way that it sends push notifications. so many times I dont know that an appointment has been scheduled until later in the day when I get around to checking my email, which by that point I have to reschedule the client for the following day. And the Setmore calendar doesn't sync with my personal phone calendar (that I have found) so I dont even get messages of appointments that way. So many times I am having to look at my personal calendar to make sure that I dont have overlapping appointments or have something scheduled on one calendar and not the other.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Great price; I find it very reasonable for the way I can link all my accounts with Setmore. 
Easy to use, I find the software straightforward to use and understand.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

There isn't much functionality to Setmore (but I've heard the same of other programs, so it's not just Setmore). I'd love to define my online-only services, which I can't do, so I have to get clients to contact me directly.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like clients being able to book online so they can see when I am available. This means they can book outside of hours and don't have to contact me if they don't want to or are only available after hours.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Setmore isn't hard to figure out, but it doesn't have a lot of great features that are beneficial to a small business like mine

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Google sync has a lot of issues. When I asked for a way to resolve the fact that events shown as "free" will block off times at setmore, the advice given was to have separate calendars and not sync, making extra work for me to duplicate events. For businesses that use primarily google based services, including their calendar, I wouldn't depend on setmore to accurately represent free and busy slots in the scheduler system

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore did not have a solution to the problem I had with blocked off scheduling even though it's shown as free time. I was depending on setmore to accurately schedule time with clients and make that one less task to deal with, but they have not helped in that aspect.

Can customise with our logos, automated msges. Even for free user, there is no limitbto the number of appointments. It is the best app for small business like us.

Some settings a bit too rigid. Also, there is no option for multiple location setting.  If we have different branch or outlet, we have to use the service name as an option for different outlets.

Go for it, try to see if it suits you.

Sometimes customer feedback no email to alert on appointment. Can include the sms or whatsapp alert for free in future?

Setmore is ideal for a small business owner like me, because it helps me keep tabs on all my clients, takes care of reminders, tracks my monthly income, and has a user-friendly interface for back-tracking client appointments.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Unfortunately swapping out of the app to view another app causes you to lose the page you are on if checking a client's appointment history, which can be frustrating when you are using multiple apps to track client invoices or other admin.

If you are looking for a booking app that gives you ful control of your diary and clients' information you should consider Setmore!

Setmore has allowed me to definitevely state how many sessions clients have had so that it cannot be disputed. It has also allowed me to track my weekly and monthly income with 100% accuracy!

The free version of the software is very comprehensive. Setmore is the secretary of your dreams in the digital era. It gives you more than just a calendar with dates and times.

The actual appointment scheduling setup can be a little complicated for first time users bwcause it is very detailed oriented and requires you to be very organized.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

Regardless of the size of your operation, Setmore is a well equipped platform that allows you to coordinate multiple aspects of any type of service oriented business. Give the free version a try. You have nothing to lose.

Setmore has given my clients the flexibility to schedule their own appointments with zero wait time. 
It has also given me an automated platform to coordinate multiple aspects of my practice as an attorney at law.

Setmore has a very easy user interface and an easier customer interface so they scan schedule themselves.

None so far. Everytime there seems to be a glitch in the code, the support team fixes it very fast and efficiently.

Setmore has fixed the problem with scheduling online. Also, the review feature is great. It would be better if it interfaced with google or some other platform.

Setmore offers the ability to set up appointments and graphics to fit your style. It shows the data from the scheduling of your events and allows you to calculate the funds that you have acquired. The questions that you have are answered in timely fashion.

We began our service pages with Setmore before we started a website. It served as a website to promote our service and display our customer's feedback. I realize that I still need it even with the start of a new website. Its success has been invaluable.

The app is very comfortable to use. Never think about alternatives

Only was some issue with the timing and I didn't understand how to use blocking

The real business can't be done when you don't know how to control it, and Setmore does an excellent job of it.  As soon as I started doing my business, I started looking for an opportunity to easily cope with the flow of clients and not forget anyone, so I started using Setmore.  Today I can't imagine my success without this program, thanks to the Setmore team for doing their amazing job. Highly recommend !

This app the best to control your busines and bookings, the best way to collect your clients info for the future projects. Highly recommend !

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Didn't find anything.  I had nothing but trouble and was surprised by continually getting requests for reviews, but OK, I'll write one.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I signed on with them and things went well for a month or so.  Then I added a user, not understanding it was going to bump me into a higher pricing tier.  There was no warning message, and I was charged for this upgrade.  I asked to be moved back to my previous plan, but was bumped back to a free version.  This canceled all my appointments!  I had to figure that all out and reschedule them.  But none of my calendar syncs or other features were working, either, so then appointments were double booking.  I called again and was told I had to basically set up the account all over again.  There was apparently no way they could add those features back for me.  They also wouldn't reverse any of the fees that I incurred due to this.  Then I got a bill for $180!!  I asked what it was for, and they said they didn't know!   I said I wanted to cancel and the rep didn't even ask why or try to retain the account.  It's been days, and my account looks like it's still in place, but with a message saying my payment is overdue!  And no one has yet contacted me.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

Don't waste your time.  For just a little more, I got an entire CRM with scheduling and POS, too.

I like the format of the scheduling system.

I do not like getting booted off the system on my computer whenever I try to set an appointment with a patient. I am thinking about leaving setmore.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

We love the ability to see all the staff's appts either by the day or by the week. it runssmoothly and responds quickly, and the customer and staff notification options are excellent. We especially like the ability for the customer to cancel, reschedule or book new appts directly from the confirmation email that the customer recevies.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

That Teleport does not support virtual backgrounds. We are using zoom instead because of this. We also don't like that when we change or add to an appt in any way, the only notification option available to send to the customer is one that says their appt has been rescheduled, even though it has not. This causes a lot of confusion for the customer.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are enjoying having a centralized location for all the appts we have - that has been a tremendous boon for us

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I love how easy it is to have clients book rather than doing it myself. I have gained a ton of time back and because of the text reminders I have might have 1 no show every 4-6 months.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I wish when adding staff that I could still send people to the original webpage and then you could chose your staff. I hate that I had to change my link and not use the one I have for years. I know you can book on the regular one but it fills both schedules and clients can't pick who they want to work with.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving me back life's most valueable commodity.....TIME! I never have to book someone, I just give clients my website and they book there!

I love that it's free to use software. I also love that I have an easy to use access link that brings me directly to a dedicated page for entering new items on my schedule.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I think the software does what it does very well. I do not have any dislikes about it. Cosmetically, I think it could use better color profiles that will help users find their way around while providing better user experience from the updated feel of the sofware.

Setmore is neat and uncluttered and beats keeping a paper schedule. Hands down the best free to use scheduling software. I would like to thank the whole team. I also would not mind ads to keep it free.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Easy for students to make appointments.  Like the video chat intergration.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Not easy to move appointments.  Wish we could easily resend appointment reminders or set up more than one reminder.  Wish we could tell if the client has seen the reminder.  Make it easier to add video conferencing...ie when a student can't make it in person, just hit the button for video.

Keeps the day organized and it is easy to see what appointments are coming.
