What do you like best about Setmore?

It is easy for me and my customers to use and to book. I've used it the entire time for my Thai Massage business. Automatic email reminders are great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I wish you could add in single days for availability to book rather than making the day available for the whole week to infinity. It will be good for when you want to add appointments. Add hawk day by day week by week when you will have extra availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

I support a small charity that needed a hall booking system for only a few weekly bookings. I could adapt the free version and integrate it with Squareup to charge for bookings. I didn't find any other booking system's free offerings that could do this.

It is easy to configure. Customers like self-booking and find it easy to use. I like that I can extract a spreadsheet of the bookings made to integrate with the hall's accounts in a spreadsheet. I didn't need any additional accounting software. I like the one-way synchronisation with a calendar, which is free, to display the availability of booking slots on the hall's website. What do you dislike about Setmore?

Tracking back payments to ensure all bookings are paid for can be tricky. I think it would be easy, if you required that all bookings are paid in advance using a card.

But I offer payment by invoice, and there is no simple way to record that a booking has been paid for. I manually update the label in the booking with a cross-reference to an invoice. But it is a hack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

I have been a business client with Setmore for a couple of years now! The booking system is pretty good: although it still lacks a few features, and it has occasional glitches. The customer service is very good whenever I need help with things: easy to reach at all times, and operators are kind and knowledgeable. Overall, I am happy to stay with this booking system for my business despite having many other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I wish there would be more options on the powers we can give to staff/receptionists/etc. For example, currently, if you give the power to see all agendas to a member of your staff, they automatically can cancel appointments and operate refunds! I am not too happy about that. Also: when you do a refund it is very easy to make a mistake (for example addind a 0) , and there is no way to correct that mistake, the refund is sent very very fast. "Confusing. Technical errors and deceptive customer service."
What do you like best about Setmore?

Unfortunantly I have had no beneficial experiences.

My clients and I have only had bad experiences with the Setmore booking system and customer service.

I have had experiences in 4 online booking systems. This had the worst booking and customer service resolutions. I do not blame customer service, but whoever is managing internal communication and making decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

Deposit is listed to my clients as "discount".

Talked to customer service for over 10 hours about making a way for clients to secure appointments with card without confusing "discount" listing.

I was told that the technical team was working on implementing a cancelation fee, so that I would not have to worry about the deposit system confusing my clients.

I asked for a time of implementation, they said they wouldn't be able to tell me, but they'd message me in a week with update.

I waited for an update. A week later I got one mentioning the exact same thing as a week before, that the technical team said they wouldn't be able to tell me a time.

Had to beg for a refund even after mentioning that I had to do more receptionist work because of setmore faults than I would have done if I booked my clients myself.

Please fix the deposit system and be transparent about if and when fixes, implimentations, and resolutions will occur.

I originally signed up because of the deposit system but because of technical errors it made more work for me than if I had never signed up in the first place. I have already received a refund, but can not understand why I had to wait for answers and beg for resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setmore is easy and very intuitive to work with. The support is the best I have come across - always very helpful and they are all for service.

They want to solve whatever the problem is.
