That calendar synchs are locked to premium users, but I Understand why this is..

Problems = none other than the limitations of a free account V premium member :)

Benefits = synchronization to my calendar pool so that I can continue to keep appointments in the same viewer (google)

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

Our nonprofit, AtmaConnect.org, has set up a free psychological counseling service in Indonesia at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Setmore.com has greatly improved our booking process, and it is very easy to set up. Up to now, we have served over 250 clients through Setmore. We are very pleased with the UX and the reminder emails that are automatically sent to our clients. Thank you to the Setmore team!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

We are super pleased with Setmore.com! We highly recommend it to all nonprofits or businesses, big or small. Give it a try, and I am sure you will love it too!

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore.com improves our booking process which otherwise would have taken weeks of our dev team's time to develop a similar booking feature for our site. We are really happy to return the favor by writing this review!

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

To be honest, this was the scheduling platform recommended to us and provided to us at no additional charge via our Answering Service.  They have some good features. However, it could use more improvement to be at the level of Calendly or Acuity. I do like that it easy relatively easy to use and that it can be placed on our firm website. Also, I like that it syncs with Stripe.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I do not like that I can not send a direct scheduling link to a "private" service to a client. For example, we offer a few services via Setmore for our clients to schedule a meeting themselves through our website. However, I would also like the option to send a direct invitation link to one of the services (in my case, a no fee consultation for an existing client), without having to provide it as a public service next to our other consultations options for new potential clients.

Providing scheduling options for visitors to use on our website directly.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

- Easy to use for my clients
- Sends e-mail reminders reliably
- Clients can book multiple services at the same time
- I can set up the cost and the duration of the services & I can change them individually as well
- I can colorcode the services
- I can schedule breaks and vacations
- All of this for free

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

- The android app is very buggy, it often doesn't load new or modified appointments, even when I reload the calendar or restart the app. This has led me to have double bookings multiple times, and I quit using the app. It works fine from my browser, but that is not very mobile-friendly.
- Very limited amount of  (and low quality) Hungarian translations
- E-mail customization is limited

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

It's great for small, new businesses.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Free and easy-to-use online appointment booking. It is very reliable, most of my clients prefer this method of scheduling, which saves me a lot of time and energy.

details, the client doesn't have to contact us because everything is organized and added in setmore. Setmore give us an easier way to tell the world our services and make it easy for the customer to know us and contact

the contact the call video is not supported in my area and that should be written in where we chose the area

easier for booking our meeting and knowing who contacts the client when he shows up, the setemore account shows who had sent a booking link or who book a meeting with us, and the reminder email or text, is very pro and efficient.

Ours is an appointment-intensive business but scheduling has been a difficult problem due to the number of locations and varied interests of our customers. Setmore has been a true productivity enhancer for me.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

The usability of Setmore is what I like best about it. As an account holder, I can quickly add available times and related information regarding the type of appointments I want to offer and the wording in the related confirmation emails. The people that sign up through Setmore have a user-friendly interface they can easily traverse from beginning to end. The appointments have well-timed confirmation emails for the account owner and the person signing up.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Aside from the web page version of Setmore, I can't integrate the calendar smoothly into other formats.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore had boosted the number of appointments I received compared to when I didn't use it. The process of scheduling appointments is far more streamlined since it's done entirely through an automated online system. The process is also easier for those that sign up for meetings. They don't have to waste time over a call.

I like it that it keeps track of all my appts. in one place and I can make useful notes on the appt. itself.  Also, I love it that it provides notifications to let me know when my appts are for.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I dislike it when the day on the weekly calendar it begins on Setmore.  In the U.S. our week starts with Sunday, Mon., Tues and so on.  On Setmore, the start day is Monday, so it takes a while to get used to it.

I recommend this software to anyone who wants to be organized and keep a small business organized.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to worry about having to wait until I got to my office to realize which appts. I have.  Now, I log on the app and I know on my phone my appts for each day.

We've been using Setmore for two years, clients are really happy about how we manage their reservations and we love how we can track all the activities in our company.

Italian translation would be appreciated :)

We're managing clients' appointments with a free tool directly embedded on our company website. We also use the app so we have all the reminders we need in advance to setup our job

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

The menu navigation is very simple. Even if you don't speak perfect English. I almost need the app more than the desktop version, which provides a nice big overview. The customization option adds a personal touch. I am very satisfied with the support team as well. Thank you.

The support team is nice, however, I had 3 supporters within 1 hour as contacts and had to describe the situation each time. But resolved. Thank you.

Setmore is the best free scheduling service out there. It integrates seamlessly with social networks, video conferencing services, and payments, all free.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore enabled me to set up my online tutoring service. I am an English teacher and during the pandemic, I taught online classes for Educational Institutions that only supplied the students. I wanted to have more freedom to try new learning strategies. I came up with integrating Virtual Reality in the classroom to implement action, movement and dynamism in e-learning.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

The software looks fantastic. It's not intimidating at all to use from start to finish. There isn't any complex wording to the describe the features and instructions. There are also good quality tutorials that can walk us through the steps of common actions like setting and changing available dates. We can add notes and messages to users as they sign up for appointments. It allows users to make their way through the appointments process easier. We definitely don't want to lose appointments due to confused users.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Setmore is great for getting appointments, but it can be off-putting to some people to use since they're not directly interacting with anyone. So it's important to also pair it with more personal appointment scheduling options.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setmore benefits us through their scheduling automation. We can send or post links to our calendar on many different platforms online or on printed correspondence. The scheduling process is typically easy for most users. We can let them get in and out of the scheduling portal quickly and with all the information needed to proceed with the appointment.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

That when parents or students are requesting an appointment i can send them a link instead of emailing back and forth about day and time availability.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

I wish there was a way to have 2 different services open/available that have different dates/timeline availability. For example - We have general appointments open all year, but have to shut it off temporarily when we are doing specific meetings, like Senior meetings or Parent-Teacher Conferences, because we only want them to schedule those meetings during a specific time frame.
I also wish there was a way to mass add classes. For example - I want to add a class for a certan time, daily for x amount of days or weeks. 
I also wish we could mass delete the customer database

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am saving lots of time in being available for students and parents. I love the reminder emails and text messages as well. So helpful!

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

The most helpful part of using Setmore is that you can always see how much you are making in that week from all your projects. Adding projects and customers is easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

The only thing I would say I don't like about Setmore is the lack of adding documents or pictures, even with premium. Adding this feature would really complete the softwware.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving my scheduling problems with Setmore. There are times when I set my schedule weeks in advance and it saves me time the day of.

Setmore is very simple to use, especially with the free package.

I appreciate the independence and access that practitioners have while scheduling. The payment platforms that Setmore has partnered with has also created so much as it relates to payroll and managing and our payments. I also appreciate how the scheduling system is synchronized with Zoom. From a client's perspective, I also appreciate that clients can create accounts to schedule their appointments. The appointment email reminders are also a plus!

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

It would be awesome if employees had access to editing their availability without admin access; however, that is not a big deal. Overall, I enjoy Setmore and do not have many recommendations for improvement.

Our international and stateside clients can schedule their appointments with ease. Setmore is easy to navigate, sends appointment reminders, and includes all appointment information in the confirmation email. Setmore helps us center client care with easy to use software.

I love that my clients are able to receive appointment reminders via text and email. No shows for my business have declined thanks to Setmore. I've received a lot of positive feedbacks from my clients too and they love it as well.

I don't like that there's a huge difference between the desktop and mobile versions of Setmore. This is my only dislike with Setmore, other than that, I am enjoying using this booking platform. It has tremendously made my scheduling process smoother.

I'm making it easier for clients to book me and see when I'm available instead of going back and forth trying to schedule them. I also love that I don't have to manually create Zoom meetings for my virtual meetings. Setmore really makes everything easier for me!

Everything works smoothly and the constant updates just improve the app over time. However, a few more API capabilities would be desirable.

Provides a convenient way for customers to self-schedule appointments with minimal need for interaction. Support is outstanding, even for their free version. I recommend them all the time.

For a user of the free version, there's not much to complain about. It would be nice to have two-way sync with my Outlook calendar, but that's about all I could ask for.

Setmore allows me to enter my availability and then allows end-users to schedule appointments based on that and their availability. I can schedule a day off or just a few hours and not have to worry about trying to find a time that is convenient for both of us.

Setmore is very easy to use. While the free version can be clunky the busier your business gets, the premium version is worth the cost to improve admin speed. It has helped my business significantly for the last 5 years as we've grown.

It is not so refined that it can be the perfect solution to your niche business. But if you have the basic staff, hours, appointments, payment receiving needs for your business, it will meet those needs.

Setmore is nice as I can have my staff download the app and get alerts JUST for work. Too many people are freebie-ing it on Google Calendars and you start to find out your staff's haircut appointments and other things this won't let seep into your business.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

I like that it is very straightforward and easy to use for my international students. The advisors who use it for appointments also say it is easy to use from the staff side.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

The Zoom integration never worked for our account, and I'm not sure if it was an error on the Setmore side or with my University's privacy settings. For now, we put our Zoom codes in the email confirmation sent when appointments are booked so students know which Zoom room to join.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When COVID first started and we all went remote and our students still needed to meet with us, Setmore saved the day! We used it to help students connect with their advisors.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

The software is very user friendly and easy for patients to use. Integration with my patient management system would be a plus as it is better than the service offered by my patient management system.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

Lack of integration with my CRM or patient management system.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its an easy way for patients to book in to see me. 90% of my bookings are done through setmore, and only 10% via calling the practice or other methods. I have a setmore link in my whatsapp for business, so as soon as a patient whatsapps me they get an automated reply where they can book in immediately instead of me having to call them back.

**What do you like best about Setmore?**

We love that our students can log on at any time and add, delete, or change appointments. It allows them to be more independent and learn adult responsibilities and gives us more time to focus on lesson plans and personal attention.

**What do you dislike about Setmore?**

We really are a very small company so paying to have the text reminders is not in our budget. We would really wish for that feature to be free for someone who can prove they are a nonprofit organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Setmore:**

Any kind of discounts or freebies for Nonprofit agencies. We are always in need of help and all the things you give to them can be considered a donation to a 501C3.

**What problems is Setmore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving several issues by letting our students create their own learning schedules. The students also learn adult responsibility and accountability for not showing for classes or not canceling in an appropriate amount of time. As an organization, we have been able to receive some of our busy schedules back to work on other projects and lesson plans rather than scheduling clients.
