What do you like best about Setmore?

What do you like best about Setmore?

i love the integrated features that are given to you in order to make your booking process look professional. I also love the fact that you have an app that you can download to your phone that allows you to be in constant connection with your bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great price; I find it very reasonable for the way I can link all my accounts with Setmore.

There isn't much functionality to Setmore (but I've heard the same of other programs, so it's not just Setmore). I'd love to define my online-only services, which I can't do, so I have to get clients to contact me directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

Setmore isn't hard to figure out, but it doesn't have a lot of great features that are beneficial to a small business like mine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

Google sync has a lot of issues. When I asked for a way to resolve the fact that events shown as "free" will block off times at setmore, the advice given was to have separate calendars and not sync, making extra work for me to duplicate events. For businesses that use primarily google based services, including their calendar, I wouldn't depend on setmore to accurately represent free and busy slots in the scheduler system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

Can customise with our logos, automated msges. Even for free user, there is no limitbto the number of appointments. It is the best app for small business like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some settings a bit too rigid. Also, there is no option for multiple location setting. If we have different branch or outlet, we have to use the service name as an option for different outlets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

Setmore is ideal for a small business owner like me, because it helps me keep tabs on all my clients, takes care of reminders, tracks my monthly income, and has a user-friendly interface for back-tracking client appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

Unfortunately swapping out of the app to view another app causes you to lose the page you are on if checking a client's appointment history, which can be frustrating when you are using multiple apps to track client invoices or other admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
