What do you like best about Sendlane?

I appreciate using Sendlane because it significantly helps in growing my business by simplifying email and SMS marketing through an easy-to-use drag-and-drop builder. The customer support is exceptional, always providing prompt assistance whenever I have questions. I also admire the seamless integration between email and SMS marketing, which effectively streamlines my marketing efforts. The platform's reputation for strong email delivery is commendable. What do you dislike about Sendlane?

I find Sendlane a bit expensive, which can make it less accessible. While it aids in growing my business, I believe it would be beneficial if the pricing were more affordable. What do you like best about Sendlane?

The platform offers high email deliverability. I appreciate the 24/7 support, which is available even on holidays. Another advantage is the unlimited user profiles, as you are charged based on the number of emails sent rather than the number of contacts. What do you dislike about Sendlane?

The platform does not support international SMS, restricting messaging to US numbers only. As campaigns grow, the user interface can become cluttered, making navigation more challenging. What do you like best about Sendlane?

Sendlane provides a top-notch email system with excellent product and customer integration to our shopping cart. The support is like nothing I have ever experienced with a SAAS company. The email builder is easy to use and provides many options for customizing the look of your emails.

The cost for us was better than Klayvio with much better support, we actually have our own rep we can contact about specific questions and the technical support chat is very fast and helpful.

The transition from Klayvio was handled very well. They built out some of our previous automations and helped warm up the list to ensure a smooth transition.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

I switched to Sendlane 6 months ago from a competing product. What drew me to Sendlane was the straightforward approach to email communication. They had all the features I wanted and it was easy to get started.

The customer service is also top notch. They helped me warm up my list and get my automations set up.

I like that I can create automations based on e-commerce activity or any other behavior on my website (such as known subscribers visiting a particular page on my site).

The education they provide on how to build better email communication content is fantastic too.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

They used to have a dedicated account representative for their entrprise customers (I'm on an enterprise plan), offering monthly 1:1 calls to review your account and deliverability. They took away that service shortly after I signed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

This platform has been the biggest difference maker for us! Having everything so seamlessly integrate from Shopify ensures that our strategy is the most effective. In addition, the overall implementation and level of support/service is unmatched! I have experienced ESP transitions with all of the big players in the ESP game and I have never experienced a transition this easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Incredible customer service. Thoughtful. Hands on. And actually works!
