Equally important is how easily it handles subscriber consent, double opt-in, and data privacy controls, reducing compliance risk and saving us from using additional tools to meet GDPR requirements. The initial setup was straightforward and didn’t require heavy IT support, which was great for our marketing team, and the onboarding steps were clear. Some advanced personalization tags require extra setup, and dynamic content for business-focused use cases (like company size or industry) isn’t as flexible as we’d like.
