
What we liked best about Using SCOPE was that it has allowed us to convert our various spreadsheets into a unified estimate and pricing process which can be delegated to the sales persuit team. Doing this, has allow us to reduce the time it takes to create an estimate while instituting a standard pricing methodlogy.
With the export features available to us, we then can export the Estimate into Jira and Kimble (Sorry, It'll always be Kimble to me) to being the service delivery. Upon completion, this process is allowing us to do post mortems more efficently so we can adjust the estimates by not only adding or subtracking resourcing but adding standard language to be more specific where we have learned that what we thought was 'obvious' was not so by the client.
