What do you like best about SCOPE Better?

Terrific tool that perfectly meets our professional services scoping needs. Implementation was straightforward, and the SCOPE Better team was exceptional—attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We've searched extensively for a pricing tool like this, and it seamlessly integrates with both our Salesforce and Kantata PSA platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SCOPE Better?

Overall, we haven't encountered any significant downsides yet. The only area that might require some flexibility is adjusting your quoting process and updating output templates, which can be a bit tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SCOPE Better?

What we liked best about Using SCOPE was that it has allowed us to convert our various spreadsheets into a unified estimate and pricing process which can be delegated to the sales persuit team. Doing this, has allow us to reduce the time it takes to create an estimate while instituting a standard pricing methodlogy.

With the export features available to us, we then can export the Estimate into Jira and Kimble (Sorry, It'll always be Kimble to me) to being the service delivery. Upon completion, this process is allowing us to do post mortems more efficently so we can adjust the estimates by not only adding or subtracking resourcing but adding standard language to be more specific where we have learned that what we thought was 'obvious' was not so by the client. What do you dislike about SCOPE Better?

The thing that we like least is to manage library of deliverables and components. We have quite a few and they are ever evolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SCOPE Better?

The personalisation of each user account ( all the check boxes available) that makes it possible to really adjust the tool and its possibility to everybodys needs. The customer support is amazing and I am sure the ease of implementation would be even better if we would be able to set up our account within the interface of Scope, not through an API. What do you dislike about SCOPE Better?

Some functionalities are outdated and there is a lot of scrolling and filters missing which takes time. Also, the integration with our ERP system is not working very well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used scope for many SOWs--we've preloaded deliverables which makes creating scopes a breeze. Easy to edit and create custom deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SCOPE Better?

SCOPE has made our estimate creation much more consistent. Because we've preloaded in costs, it has ensured we're charging the same cost across all clients rather than reinventing the wheel each time. It has also been useful in having the history of SOWs year over year. Our SCOPE reps have been exceptional and offered great customer service not only during integration, but after we have been up and running for over a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SCOPE Better?

In some instances, we have had issues where we need the cost to go back 2 cents (cost per impression or bulk direct mail). We haven't found a way to solve this yet so we are having to manipulate the SCOPE after exporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
