It gives me a centralized place to monitor and troubleshoot the backup issues. We don't need to spend time on login to every customers' backup portal and check them one by one. It's really easy to use.

It's easy to implement. In most case, you just need to set up an email notification sent to Backup Radar. Backup Radar will be all the rest things for you.

We also receive emails from Backup Radar daily for the backup summary. So we get a full picture of what was going on for backup tasks last night without logging to the Backup Radar portal.

It's also easy for us to generate reports for our customers weekly, monthly, etc. This saves us a lot of administrative effort, so we can focus on more important tasks.

It requires an awful lot of setup and things have to be very specific to work. Which sounds simple, but being an MSP of over 100 customers, using different backup types, it can be difficult to get to a stage where it is completely reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ScalePad Backup Radar is one platform that I can manage all my customers backup with different type in one big screen and also the integration with our ticketing system (Autotask) is great.
