We use this everyday, and continues to have a very positive impact on the backup checks workflow. Setup was painless as the support, guidance and remote sessions with the support team answered any questions or concerns we had. They team was also very informative, patient and even had some great suggestions that helped simplify the dashboard overviews even further as well and automations. As Backup Radar also gives a 'single-pane of glass' view on dashboards so you can filter paticular customers or backup types amongst other things and quickly switch between them. This has allowed us to divide up some of our customers or paritular backup methods for assignment amongst the team. It also integrates with our ticketing system which allows for easier creation of tickets, and syncs our customer list so we can setup assignment rules and automations around it so when backup radar detects an issue, it will automatically generate a ticket in our system. Great features and saves so much time with activations and day to day tasks. The report generating feature is also great! Again you can be granular with your reporting and even build in automatic emailing of issues or daily, weekly etc reporting to be sent to team members or clients, including whitelabelling features. This reporting feature is also great for spotting trends in backup failures, we spotted some patterns thanks to Backup Radar and were able to put measure in place to permanently solution. The Support team behind Backup Radar is second to none, any queries or requests I have had, I've received detailed responses with documentation and snippets as well as steps on how to make the changes required. If you have multiple backup systems, platforms and applications, across multiple sites, customers and networks - I cannot recommend Backup Radar enough to bring everything under one roof for easier overview and management. Thank you to Backup Radar and all the team for making my life easier battling backup woes. A great tool in our arsenal. **What do you dislike about ScalePad Backup Radar?** I cannot think of anything I don't like about Backup Radar. **What problems is ScalePad Backup Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Combining Backup Results from multiple platforms, avoiding having to login to multiple dashboards and servers etc to check the status of the backups. Filtering results for better visibility as well as generating support tickets to investigate backup issues encountered. All the features it has to offer - it can be fully automated so it generates tickets as soon as issues are encountered and our team can action. We are planning to fully automate backup radar for this, removing the human interaction of the checks so we can focus on fixing the issues at hand. ### 10. The implementation was fantastic, had two very knowledgeable consultants who guided through the complete setup process and pointed out future considerations, were able to answer any question we had. The few dealings with their Helpdesk have been very stress free and fair. **What do you dislike about ScalePad Backup Radar?** More of a slight against Altaro but the 365 backups are not functionable yet, we use Veeam, Ahsay, Azure, Ahsay, Altaro VM Backups, Wasabi all work great. **What problems is ScalePad Backup Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reason for adopting was due to various instances a backup had not run or was stuck, no faliure email was sent to our infrastructure department so the backup was missed. This has saved so much time. **What do you dislike about ScalePad Backup Radar?** The only issue that I currently have with BackupRadar is that their Cove Backup API integration doesn't pull the device type, making it harder to separate servers and workstations when creating a template to automatically activate backup policies. **What problems is ScalePad Backup Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to spend a lot of time every day going through a backup notifications mailbox and updating a spreadsheet with the backup status and when it last reported. All that is needed is to have the backup software send its notification mails towards a specific backupradar mailaddress .. after that all that is left is setup up the check for the mail and from then on, it simply works. Our company (MSP) has it connected to Datto Autotask to automatically create tickets for us, but other integrations are possible. We have multiple people in our company using in on an hourly or daily use. So far we had no issues in regards to responsiveness oftechnical support either. **What do you dislike about ScalePad Backup Radar?** After 3-4 years of use, none yet.
