A lite version of the software recommended for older machines. **What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?** RedStor seamlessly backups various types if operating systems and machine and give a centralized control system , allowing administrators to manage backups for mulitple sites or clients. Cloud backups have always proven effective in data recovery and benefits many companies who often suffer from data loss due to various factors , cyber securtity threats being the main one. ### 3. If I have to mention something then I'd say that the UI could use some personalization options but that does not have anything to do with the preformance of the service. **Recommendations to others considering CyberSentriq:** By far the easiest and most trustworthy backup and archiving service I have been exposed to. **What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of our time as technicians has been saved that we can now utilize in resolving or completing other daily tasks. Give you a daily report of the backups so to check in case of any failures. **What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?** Does have glitches on the daily reports, most of which are proven to be nothing but gives you concern when you first see them. You do have to remember to close down the program after doing a restore or it will fail to do a backup. **What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previous to Redstor i was manually backing our data and that was stressful and time-consuming and if i was on holiday on ill, the backups would not take place. The other is the ability to report on these backups and to take immediate actions as required. Many other products do similarly but Redstor just seems to handle this with more accuracy and ease. The realtime availability and the cloud restore to the desktop or where required is also easy to use yet powerful. **What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?** Not much to dislike in Redstor. The product works as advertised. Backup reporting is the key requirement and is handled well. I have found this software to be excellent in terms of its clean, simple user interface, as well as its abundant backup options. One of the standout features is its clean and clutter-free user interface. Navigating through the various sections and options is seamless, making the entire backup process hassle-free. The software is extremely dependable as it has never failed a backup job so far in contrast to other products that I have used previously, which often encountered failures during backup tasks. Implementing the backups are a breeze which is another positive, so Redstor is a winner for me and my business on that front. **What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?** Redstor is more expensive than other backup providers, which can be a disadvantage for newly established MSPs looking for competitive pricing. For example, their office backup service only offers 50GB per user pooled before having to pay for each additional GB backed up. Considering that office users typically receive 1TB of storage space per user with offfice 365, 50GB seems lacking. Additionally, Redstor's end device backup solutions are also on the expensive side. However, Redstor is very reliable and user-friendly which makes up for the higher cost in my book, but that being said, having better pricing would definitely make Redstor more desirable, and an easier sell to my clients. At the moment i cannot onbaord all clients due to the cost that i have to charge in order to remain profitable. **What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Redstor provides easy to configure and deploy backups allowing me to offer this service to my clients. This benfits me as it's another service that can be sold thats both beneficial to my business but also the customer knowing their data is backed up daily. ### 23. We also had that client using a different computer during that time and had access to their data live off the cloud and were able to continue working while we fixed their computer.
