We've had a very positive experience with Dropsuite. From the start, it was easy to set up and has proven to be intuitive and user-friendly in daily use. The platform integrates smoothly into our workflow, requiring minimal effort to manage backups and monitor data protection.

One of the most significant improvements has been the backup support for Entra ID. This is a major step forward in securing our identity infrastructure. I really like the Dropsuite product, it integrates with MS and Google really well. What I think it misses is other options for backup. There are other solutions on the market that offer backups for things like Xero - and other cloud based SaaS apps - and I think that Dropsuite adding backup capability to other apps would be a good logical step. How easy it is to use and navigate to recover email backups, the setup of Dropsuite for our clients has been very easy and straightforward, with clear instructions. Due to how easy it is to set up, this has made it easy to integrate with our clients' systems. It was easy to set up, and does a great job of backing up everything that you need - email, Onedrive, & Sharepoint. It really feels like a great set it and forget it solution. The billing/licensing model through pax8 means you can only remove. 20% of billable users before dropsuite starts to complain, this is not a good model. You should be able to add/remove as many licenses as you see fit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Running a busy MSP it is easy to get caught up spending hours setting up services for client, hours that are better suited on solving problems. Dropsuite is super simple to get up and running which means you can start protecting clients data without hassle. Beyond that, the email auditing feature is a big win for us, rather than having to restore whole mailboxes to grab one email, a quick search and your done.
