"HyperConverged Review"
What do you like best about Scale Computing Platform?

The best feature of the Scale Computing Platform is its growth potential. The platform can start small and grow to a large size quickly and inexpensively. The ability to add additional clusters as needed allows an uncapped growth potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scale Computing Platform?

The snapshot and replication engine is not as transparent as it could be. The jobs use the same resources and do not currently allow for symmetric processing during these tasks. This requires extra care while applying policies to fit within specific time guidelines. Additionally, total disk usage is not transparent. Currently, it is not possible to tell why some snapshots take up so much space on the disk, however, snapshots can be offloaded to a DR host to address the space. "Simple, scalable and affordable"
What do you like best about Scale Computing Platform?

Fifteen years ago to get a highly available system, you would have to install storage, servers, networking and make them all work together. This requires having specialist for each area or outsourcing to experts. As an IT manager I don't want to be an expert in any of those areas, my time needs to be focused on operating my business. With Scale, the hardest part was rack mounting the servers and plugging in cables. Everything is configured to work together and I don't have to carve out LUN's or install and learn a hypervisor. Within 15 minutes of contacting service my system was up and running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scale Computing Platform?

Since Scale Computing is really not a start up anymore some of the management tools need to progress. They recently release Fleet Manager that allows you see all of your clusters on a single page and allows you to drill down to each cluster. A single sign-on from Fleet to the clusters would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Just works, with a simple interface, and easy implementation."
What do you like best about Scale Computing Platform?

Scale helped us scale our infrastructure down, reducing licensing, training, and staff costs overall. Our support calls have also gone down after the implementation. This program offers to replace standard virtualization techniques, catastrophe system restore, data centers, and sharing storage with a completely integrated, massively scalable application-running system. It's straightforward to operate and requires almost little upkeep. To be truthful, it has offloaded a ton of time. It is simple to use and clear. I don't often have to log into the group for a month or over, but if I do, I recall precisely where I have to go to do certain activities. HC3 is utilized throughout the business for all server requirements. It houses all of our virtual machines along with all of our network-attached storage. It has resolved the challenges with a VMware license, an obsolete SAN, and the various host servers necessary to run a Virtual configuration effectively. It's one of the most excellent methods I have ever implemented. Support has been fantastic over time, and new functions have been introduced to strengthen a product. Everything is now run on our Scale platform. This contains SQL for our Erp system and other licensing apps, data centers, and network equipment. I have even put up some PCs for VPN usage. Everything works perfectly. We can't imagine a situation where Scale wouldn't satisfy our requirements. Compared to more sophisticated systems, using HC3 is just like bliss. It is straightforward to create a new Vms and replicate a design. There is no need for extensive training to come up to speed. There is no need for a workplace specialist to assist you in managing your networks. Managing 50 VMs is simple, and many employees may all have access to their parts. It's one of those things that save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scale Computing Platform?

Nothing stands out, and the learning curve was very minimal with our transition from VMware. The reduction of space in our data center was significant. Support from Scale was great. Overall very happy with the product. Virtual hard discs are tough to expand. And I might prefer to observe actual circular availability rather than just the raw quantity of TB. "Simple and Fast deployment and easy management"
What do you like best about Scale Computing Platform?

What I find most helpful with Scale computing is the very simple deployment - from the box to the server rack. My team was also guided and trained by the committed and supportive Scale team so the installation of our Scale Nodes was a breeze with no hiccups.

Additionally, the overall management of our Scale environment is relatively easy and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scale Computing Platform?

The only downside from our end would be the time-zone difference between PNG and Indianapolis ( Scale Computing HQ), as this significantly affects how fast Scale Support Team responds to our support calls.

My suggestion would be for Scale to consider having a support presence in the Asia- Pacific region. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
