Will be moving to a different company going forward. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Clarence T. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023 **What do you like best about SC// HyperCore Virtualization Suite?** If you like to be mostly hands-off, a Scale setup might be for you but I recommend having deep pockets to constantly keep your hardware supported. Scale has 24/7 support. **What do you dislike about SC// HyperCore Virtualization Suite?** Scale Technicians cant give you estimates on work being performed. If you have even one node out of service, Scale will mark your whole scale cluster out of support. Because Scale doesn't support their hardware for extended periods of time, it will force you to constantly buy new Scale boxes if you want to keep your hardware supported. Scale also lacks functionality to manage nodes and clusters, you have no real control over the nodes and clusters and are at the mercy of Scale you perform any changes to your nodes. **What problems is SC// HyperCore Virtualization Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we first got out Scale Clusteres it was great managed to consolidate all our virtual servers, but scale support/policies on older nodes is what killed it for us. **Official Response from Ellie Sherven:** > Thank you for taking the time to write a review about SC//Platform!
