We wanted to expand our growth opportunities by providing highly tailored suggestions on each page for our visitors, using SAP CDP, we can put these recommendations in multiple ways based on different page layouts and target consumers with the most relevant goods connected to their searches. We also utilize the welcome bar to notify users of crucial updates, shipping information, and other information, even yet, the CR and AOV rose as a result. Another aspect of SAP CDP that was important to us was dynamic segmentation of our customers from different countries, this may appear to be a basic notion, but it was something that no other supplier had previously provided us, furthermore, A/B testing allowed us to test multiple aspects and campaigns and activate the top performing ones to further boost our conversion rate.

It can be sometimes complex to work with, and I found the interface to be very bland although reporting was upto the mark and powerful.
Training is also require to a considerable level before the system can be integrated fully on to the systems.

To people considering this software, the best way to go forward is to set up a demo with the company, they would present the benefits to your work. At first, the company I worked for did not implement this system right away, it took them a long time and surveys that this would be the best fit for our work.
Although it was somewhat difficult at the beginning but the system just clicked and increased customer and user experience leaps and bounds. It was effortlessly in the end saving the company money.

Registration of Users on the Oil supply website, which allows us to have sync user data with our central server and other sources.
Sending emails updates to the user regarding their services which is always updated, powerful, accessible from anywhere.
This allow a better understanding of our customers needs, which makes them loyal to the brand and provided easy access of data to various departments and made evaluation easy and fast.
