It was amazing how I could manipulate the data to get different forms of information **What do you dislike about SAP Customer Data Platform?** I did require some training and sometimes it got slow to obtain some subsets of data. Sometimes it also took a while to load and support was needed **Recommendations to others considering SAP Customer Data Platform:** It is best to give arrange some training for your employees in order to make the best use of the software. This will help them fully understand and implement it's features. Extra training for individuals who need more help with technology. **What problems is SAP Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had to manually check some customers whom I knew had some data that were unique in order to make sure there was no error. ### 2. They have a good road-map, excellent support and implementation services. **What problems is SAP Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We launched a new, socially enabled site last year and chose Gigya to enable login and a number of social sharing activities. They were very, very helpful in getting our site live and the product has exceeded our expectations. ### 5. We've had so many implementation problems over time, it's a nightmare to work with. **What do you dislike about SAP Customer Data Platform?** Implementation has been difficult, it's more of a DIY approach. We had some challenges early on and we now have a new implementation manager who is a lot more effective. **What problems is SAP Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Social login for our ecommerce sites and insights on social shares with our websites. ### 6.
