There is not much to do dislike about the product but you can AI system for user support where our problems will be solved on a real time basis. This feature will add a new feather to sales Vu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support (Thomas) is awesome. The phone in system is cludgy but you eventually find good people (be VERY patient as you have to state your company, name, phone number each time you call for support then get transferred) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using SalesVu for four years now. This is my first foray into POS. Their app is ok. Pricing not bad.

I wanted a system that would interface with my Quickbooks online and accepted Applepay. Quickbooks interface is cludgy, requiring manual updates and there's no way to get SalesVu to send transactions as Sales Receipts versus Invoices. The problem with invoice is you must then clear/match each and every one through QB. For operations without significant bookkeeping support, this is a complete PIA.

Two years after signing up, there still is no ApplePay.

Client support is excellent, but the support team is completely unsupported by the tech side and management.

I can't recommend this company and will terminate my agreement with them at the close of business in 2017. I'll find a company supporting my needs as there are dozens of player in the POS game now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
