## About SalesRX
SalesRX is AI-powered retail sales training designed specifically for brick-and-mortar specialty retailers with high average check. Unlike generic sales training programs that let staff watch videos and click "next," SalesRX requires practice before advancement through Sidekick Rex, our AI-powered roleplay tool that won't let associates move forward until they prove competency. Built for Specialty Retail SalesRX works best for furniture stores, jewelry retailers, luxury apparel boutiques, home specialty retailers (cabinets, lighting, flooring), sporting goods shops, and other brick-and-mortar stores where consultative selling drives results. The system is designed for commission-based or bonus-based sales teams who earn more by selling more—we give them the skills, your compensation structure gives them the motivation. How It's Different After watching a training video, only 45% of people can actually execute what they learned. Most training stops there—staff pass a quiz by memorizing answers, then fail on the sales floor. SalesRX requires three levels of proof: virtual practice with AI, written quiz, and manager-led mock sessions on your actual sales floor using your merchandise. After forced practice with Sidekick Rex, 79% can execute—a 34 percentage point improvement. Built-In Accountability SalesRX includes mystery shopping as part of every subscription. When you start, we mystery shop your store to document your current customer experience. At three months, we mystery shop again and show you exactly what improved and what didn't. This measures real behavior change with actual customers—not just course completion rates. Additional mystery shops are available for ongoing sales team accountability. Manager Development Included Every subscription includes complete manager training with train-the-trainer videos, implementation playbooks, and monthly live coaching calls with founder Bob Phibbs, a Certified Speaking Professional who has trained teams at LEGO, Omega, Seiko, and hundreds of specialty retailers worldwide. The AI training scheduler eliminates training logistics—just enter employee name and start date, and the system auto-assigns the optimal learning path based on 10,000+ successful completions. Proven Results 83% of SalesRX users report double-digit increases in conversion rate, average transaction size, or both within six months. Client results include 11.5% conversion lift across 60 stores, 20% holiday sales growth, and consistent month-over-month record-breaking performance. Staff don't just complete training—they prove they can sell. Not designed for e-commerce retailers, big-box stores, or low-ticket transactions.

## SalesRX Reviews
 ### 1. Performance You Can Measure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cynthia H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SalesRX?**

I value Sales RX because the reporting tools give clear visibility into how the team is performing, whether they’re excelling or consistently struggling in a particular area. This allows us to tailor mock sessions to address specific challenges and reinforce key skills. I also appreciate the shop reports, as they provide real insight into how the team performs when leadership isn’t present.

**What do you dislike about SalesRX?**

There isn’t anything I particularly dislike about the SalesRX system. It’s very effective when it’s fully implemented and followed through. One area that could add even more value would be training specifically designed for owners on how to coach their store managers. As an owner, it can sometimes be challenging to keep a manager consistently focused on the right priorities, and additional guidance in that area would be extremely helpful. Sometimes tasks overtake the customer focus.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesRX:**

SalesRX helps create consistency by making sure the entire team receives the same training message, which reduces confusion and keeps expectations aligned.

The reporting tools offer clear visibility into performance, making it easy to spot both strengths and areas that need improvement. Mock sessions then let you coach with purpose by addressing the specific challenges highlighted in those reports.

Shop reports add another layer of value by showing how the team performs when leadership isn’t present, giving you a more honest view of day-to-day execution.

When SalesRX is fully implemented and followed through consistently, it becomes a powerful system for improving sales performance, strengthening accountability, and supporting overall team development.

**What problems is SalesRX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales RX keeps training simple and consistent by ensuring everyone receives the same message. It also provides mock sessions that help you to effectively coach your team after they complete the training videos.

**Official Response from Bob Phibbs, the Retail Doctor:**

> Thank you for your feedback Cynthia! We're glad to hear that SalesRX has been valuable in providing real insight into your team's performance and helping create consistency through clear training messages and reporting tools.

**What do you like best about SalesRX?**

I personally love the direct contact from the founder to my team. Bob has even come out and done personal trainings in our retail store and at our offices. I'm also impressed with the interactivity of the video training, which guides the newest associates through different steps to become experts in sales on the retail floor. SalesRX helps our retail stores by getting associates up to speed on both product and sales training, which is a constant focus for us.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about SalesRX?**

I like that SalesRX is easy to use while keeping training consistent and trackable across all locations. It helps us keep our teams aligned.

**What do you dislike about SalesRX?**

The AI features could use some optimization and refinement for better accuracy. Overall, it's still a very effective platform that continues to improve.

**What problems is SalesRX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesRX solves inconsistent sales training by standardizing product knowledge and sales behaviors across all locations. This has reduced onboarding time and improved overall sales performance and consistency.

**Official Response from Bob Phibbs, the Retail Doctor:**
