We run public cohorts for mixed company groups and run private in-house programs for larger organizations. The course was split into six live sessions, each covering a different area of sales management, tailored to the SaaS industry. The variety of the content really impressed me and I felt like no stone was left unturned. From the qualities that make a great SaaS sales manager, to performance inspection frameworks, effective recruitment methodologies, sales operations and more. The sessions took place in a novel virtual campus, which definitely helped make it more engaging. Each session was engaging and the trainers were knowledgable.
