What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I use Salesmsg for calls and transcription, and it solves the task of having to use multiple platforms to transcribe by simplifying it into one platform. It is time-saving and I value the transcription and summary notes of calls since it allows me to have details written that I would probably miss. The initial setup was very easy. The integration with Hubspot seems to be a bit weak. We have to reconnect it every couple of weeks to make sure messages are showing in Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

Texting is a must in communicating with people. The open and response rate is faster as email has become so flooded that people miss things. Often we will even send a text letting the client know to look for an email that we've sent. It is fast and easy and we know our clients are reading texts faster than any other form of communication. I love the user interface; it's very convenient and its integration with HubSpot is seamless, making it central to our workflows. The integration with HubSpot is excellent for easy lead contact. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

One of my favorite features of Salesmsg is their text campaigns. You can choose specific dates for each individual message to be sent, so you don’t have to remember to text anyone manually. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

The more I use it, the less sure I am about what I actually dislike. The only issue I can think of right now is that you get charged for any credits you go over. At first, I didn’t understand why we were getting extra charges, but I hopped on a video call with someone from Salesmsg, and they walked me through the best financial options for our school. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg makes it very easy to manage my calls and chats on both mobile and desktop! I call a lot of people during the week and it is very organized in my opinion and automatically records the calls for me to sync to Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
