Helps the Sales Team grow to a higher degree of capability
Can't be everywhere at once, Q allows me to and provides many coaching opportunities.
Can provide insight and guidance on what to improve for individuals and the whole team alike.

All features are helpful.  There is no downside to using the platform.

**What problems is Sales Interaction Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Q for Sales mostly benefits in allowing the Sales reps to listen to conversations from non-sales colleagues such as Delivery and Program Managers and thus be able to glean further opportunities that they normally wouldn't be aware of.

Q enables the entire sales team to stay aligned with messaging. 

Added insight into quality of call along with live guidance/feedback during calls.

Accelerates onboarding, technical product Knowledge, coaching, collaboration.

Simple and intuitive UI to easily find videos, clip important moments, and organize into folders for easy team access.

Responsive and supportive customer support team for any feature requests, questions, and training/enablement.

No dislikes so far. Every feature has been helpful.
