What I like most about Sabentis is that it doesn’t treat Occupational Health & Safety (PRL / OSH) as a “compliance checklist”, but as a living, measurable culture that can be managed end-to-end with real intelligence. Sabentis brings together AI, data analytics and sensor-based inputs to modernize the way organizations anticipate and prevent risks, enabling a safer and healthier environment with better decisions and faster execution.
From a management perspective, Sabentis stands out because it centralizes and automates key processes of the OSH management system (SG-SST), using capabilities such as generative AI and BI-style analytics to turn operational data into actionable insights—so prevention becomes proactive, not reactive.
This is especially valuable for us as a University. People’s integral wellbeing is core to our mission, and predictive prevention models don’t just protect our employees: they also help us keep risk exposure low for the more than 40,000 students who move through our campuses every day. In a complex environment like ours, the ability to anticipate patterns, prioritize interventions, and reinforce a preventive culture is a strategic advantage.
Another key differentiator is the training module. Its focus on excellence—supported by top-tier content and instructors—combined with reliability, adaptability, ease of use, and learning measurement (learning outcomes, progress tracking, and academic progression dashboards), allows us to monitor the student journey end-to-end. This is fundamental to reducing dropout risk and enabling timely remedial actions when students begin to fall behind. (And for staff, it supports continuous upskilling with clear evidence of impact.)

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about Sabentis. From our experience, it delivers exactly what we need: a reliable, user-friendly platform that’s adaptable to different realities, strong on prevention and analytics, and supported by a training component that helps us drive measurable learning and continuous improvement. If anything, any “challenges” are simply the normal change-management steps that come with adopting any advanced platform—but that’s not a flaw in Sabentis; it’s part of moving an organization forward.
