I find Ideagen EHS to be a great all-in-one solution covering incident and hazard reporting, on-site logs, inductions, and training. It's easily adaptable to my needs, and I can create forms as new requirements arise. I also appreciate the dashboard for putting out information and statistics. From a system admin perspective, I wish there was a little more of the aforementioned ease of use baked into the backend of the system. Things like "back and forth" between settings. For example, I can push a new calendar item from a corp level, but I can't recall it. The same applies to the BBS module and work areas or behaviors.
