**What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

Ease of use to sign in and out using Geolocation. 
The ability to update templates to respond to inquiries from our contracting companies.
Ability to see the subcontractors underneath the main contracting company and the relationship between the two is clear and transparent.
The Customer Support team try their very best to respond to inquiries within a short timeframe without sounding like a bot in the way they answer and being personable.
The Rapid Global tool is easy to use from an administration perspective to create induction courses and use the wealth of resources available in the library to build better inductions.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

The "suspend button" is right next to the "Compliant" in a contractor record. Documents are double listed as an attachment in the Documents and E-Form. Creditor Watch is a nice to have but not really that helpful. It is not always easy for a worker to know where to look to "add induction key" or view the courses they need to complete.

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addressing the compliance gap for contracting companies and having a robust system to centralise the health and safety documentation we require of them in order to work on our sites or network. The ease of being able to monitor where the workers are signing in and out on our sites to match against invoices more efficiently in some cases.

**What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

Rapid Global is very user-friendly and makes it easy to manage contractors, inductions, and compliance in one place. The dashboard is clear, the notifications are reliable, and the automated workflows save a lot of time. It centralises information that would otherwise be spread across emails or spreadsheets, which helps reduce errors and makes compliance much smoother to manage.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

Some areas can feel a bit slow or unintuitive, especially when searching for specific contractors or documents. Certain functions require multiple steps that could be more streamlined, and occasionally the system times out or lags. A more modern interface and faster navigation would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid Global helps streamline contractor management, safety compliance, and induction processes, which used to be time-consuming and difficult to track. By centralising all contractor documents, licences, insurances, and inductions in one platform, it removes the risk of missing critical compliance requirements. It also improves visibility across sites, reduces manual follow-ups, and ensures only fully compliant contractors can attend site. This saves significant time, improves safety standards, and gives me confidence that compliance is being managed accurately and consistently.

**What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

It seems to work well for tracking our contractors and certifications on site to ensure we know who is on site at what time and they are certified for the work they are performing.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

I haven't heard too much negativity about it at this stage except for some of the less tech savy users that don't carry mobile phones. This created some noise in the early piece as we only provided a mobile phone sign in option but they have managed to work around this via other options.

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking who is on site at all times, which is what we require in order to track people in case of emergencies and evacuations.
Track certifications and expiry's in order to cover our business in case of injuries and or incidents etc..
Fast and efficient self-inductions and conditions of entry to site.
Document tracking.

**What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

I really like Rapid Global's visitor sign-in system. It makes it easy for new visitors to register themselves and allows returning visitors to sign in quickly. I also appreciate how the system uses cameras to recognize visitors and utilizes a label printer to make the visitor passes, which greatly reduces errors and improves throughput during busy periods. The initial setup of the system was very straightforward, with a minimal learning curve for getting staff familiar with it.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

The visitor sign-in system can be a little slow to navigate on the back end when scrolling through many profiles in a list. It is also not as straightforward to update a visitor's photo with something a bit more flattering if the first photo doesn't work well.

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rapid Global to track visitors on site, including vital checks. It eases sign-ins, reducing errors and improving throughput with camera recognition and label printing, especially during busy times.

**What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

I like the ease of use, dashboards, and mobile app of Rapid Global. The mobile app is particularly useful as it allows us to check contractors and workers on the go and quickly on-site, so workers can get started with minimal time wasted on completing their inductions. Also, the dashboards give us a quick, concise snapshot of the compliance of all our contractors and workers. They are especially helpful during audits for ISO45001, as we can show how we actively manage workers and contractors in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

Rapid Incident could be more adaptable to different types of incidents. It would be good if some sections could be edited to fit with our business requirements.

Rapid Global streamlines contractor management and worker inductions, capturing essential documents like licenses. The mobile app allows efficient on-site checks, saving time. Dashboards provide a quick snapshot of compliance, aiding in audits and real-time management.

I appreciate Rapid Global's flexibility, which allows us to tailor the platform to our specific needs. **What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

I really appreciate the speed at which the Rapid Global portal operates, as it significantly enhances my workflow efficiency. Navigating to track scheduled works is straightforward, making task management seamless. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Rapid Global to be easy, which was a relief and allowed me to integrate it swiftly into my routine.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

Notes entered into individual ARC work orders are messy when entered by the vendor, as the notes remain in the active text box and do not save properly. The user interface for viewing individual work orders could benefit from an update to be more structured, clearer, and easier to digest. Additionally, the notes saved in the work orders lack proper organization. The Running Sheet is limited as it does not allow viewing of multiple buildings on a single screen, and in both the Running Sheet and work order search section, only one building can be selected at a time.

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rapid Global for logging work orders and scheduled PPM works, which makes managing and recording completed works efficient.

**What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

The user friendly interface makes it easy to find most details within Rapid. I have a lot of ways to manage the compliance of my contractors as well as the team members at my facility. Rapid is a great way to manage the ongoing changes within the business and saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

I have experienced some glitches on a user when performing some inductions. Even though I would have these complete, it would say they are incomplete. I have had the same issue with some contractors when completing the inductions on their mobile device.

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid has freed me from the hassle of saving files and managing my contractors with inefficient spreadsheets and disorganized file storage. I save a significant amount of time by using Rapid's contractor management features, especially during the early stages of onboarding and when conducting SHS investigations.

**What do you like best about Rapid Global?**

I like how I don't need to manage site inductions manually because the induction program is saved in the system. I just add the inductee's name and address, and the rest is managed by Rapid Induct. I also found the initial setup of Rapid Global not difficult.

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

When I want to change the training content, it's not user-friendly. Basically, I can't change the training content but need to create a new one. The process of creating a new one is not simple.

Everything is on one place. It is relatively easy to find the induction status of an individual.

Navigation can be a bit confusing at times.
We have multiple sites, each with its own induction. A contractor is marked as non-compliant when the induction for any one site expires regardless of the induction status for the site in question. (Although I acknowledge that is possibly how the business has set-up the induction within Rapid Global rather than Rapid Global itself)

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very quick way of ensuring that everyone is inducted. If the induction is not completed, the gate does not open. This means I am not spending time reviewing the induction status of each contractor that comes to site.

We are using the RapidAccess system of Rapid global and love the facial recognition quick sign in ability. You can ask mandatory questions when a visitor arrives for the first time setup, but then the next time they arrive it will remember their face and quickly sign them in again. It makes the system so easy to ease for visitors. 

The backend system is also simple and easy to use for determining who is onsite at any given time

**What do you dislike about Rapid Global?**

For an emergency situation. evacuation is the only option you can choose. We also would love the ability lock down the system. Additionally, we aren't able to hook into the system from our emergency system to initiate an evacuation so that it will alert anyone onsite to evacuate

**What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of our visitors and contractors and signing them in an out in an efficient manner.

With Rapid Incident, the workflow is a little clunky and there are a lot of email notifications. I'd like to see the workflow reduced so it's simpler.

The integrity of the system is great. Every single segment works well in the system. I simulate the system to a skilled visa process to enter Australia where a chain of things work together towards granting the visa. It includes, skills, experience, forms, etc.

At some points, we've asked for a few changes and been told they are hard coded. I believe today we should be more hybrid in the work instructions and programming.
