I really like the ability to automate many recruiting processes such as interview scheduling and post offer follow-ups. The dashboard shows my recruiters view of their daily priority tasks and where to focus their energies on.

2. It is not limited to a specific country or a department.

3. Jobs available in your company at all locations and in all areas can be accessed from single point.

4. We just have to upload our candidates profile at the respective job he is interested in and we are done.

5. The HR recruiters go through it and contact the candidate which is the best part as we do not need to intervene personally and meet someone for our referral to get hired.

1. Sometimes we don't know what the referred candidate is looking for as his expertise might be in a different area then us.

2. The candidate finds do not follow the drill to sign up through the link sent by me and he just ignores it.
