All our queries has been addressed by the SPOCs within a short time. **What do you dislike about RippleHire?** Sometimes, the tool was slow to respond and sometimes it shows as "Unexpected error occured" **What problems is RippleHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It tracks recruitment process from end to end. Thereby, it is easily organised. ### 2. The dashboard shows my recruiters view of their daily priority tasks and where to focus their energies on. Another feature is stackranking the best candidates from hundreds of resumes, which is very unique. The best part though is their customer success - very approachable and helpful **What do you dislike about RippleHire?** As it's an enterprise solution, it can be a little more expensive than others and configuration takes a bit of time **What problems is RippleHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** RippleHire helps us discover and hire top talent - it takes care of entire tech part of hiring process helping us focus on the human element ### 3. Job openings in your company can be found at one place. 2. It is not limited to a specific country or a department. 3. Jobs available in your company at all locations and in all areas can be accessed from single point. 4. We just have to upload our candidates profile at the respective job he is interested in and we are done. 5. The HR recruiters go through it and contact the candidate which is the best part as we do not need to intervene personally and meet someone for our referral to get hired. 6. The employee receives a reward as per the company policy after the referred candidate joins the job. (my companay gives rewards) **What do you dislike about RippleHire?** 1. Sometimes we don't know what the referred candidate is looking for as his expertise might be in a different area then us. 2. The candidate finds do not follow the drill to sign up through the link sent by me and he just ignores it. 3.
