The way they have changed in last few years have made this platform very interactive between multifunctional teams to collaborate together towards the coampany goals. The child goals and ladder charts to see how each goal is performing helps the organization out in many ways. Somehow, the interface still confuses me after all these years when looking for previous quarter or next quarter goals, esp when the quarter changes.
