Flexible Goal Tracking with Some Usability Hiccups
I like Rhythm for its flexibility in setting up OKRs and goals. This flexibility helps in organizing information and aligning departments and teams effectively. Although it can be confusing at first, especially for new users trying to understand where to start, the ability it provides to tailor goals and protocols to our understanding is a positive aspect.

I like that Rhythm allows me to see and track my progress toward specific goals aligned with my role. I appreciate being able to see the progress throughout the quarter and knowing weekly how close or far I am from meeting my work commitments.
