I found it very easy to use and navigate, and it was a simple adjustment to my routine. I think within 6 months it was fully integrate across key stakehoders. I like that it helps keep me on track with my individual goals. I also like that I can develop my goals based on the organizations goal. Making this a great tool to assure all deparments across the organization are on the same page. We have this as a set meeting for our team on a weekly basis. I like that you can invite others to review the notes and everyone can be on the same page regarding the status of the meeting. KPI follow up and tracking is also a great tool. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** The User Interface is difficult to navigate. There are too many redundancies of where things like notes and meetings can go, and they do not link to the same areas. Recent changes to the UI have helped to eliminiate a lot of these redundancies, but there are still some areas of improvement needed regarding duplicate spaces, extra unneeded clicks to get to things that should just be on your user dashboard, etc. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem is the communication and tracking of meetings, and allowing everyone to see those notes and be up to date. With that access, it's super helpful without having to have an additional email go out, or have someone not aware of the status of a meeting or employee's review. I would consider this a turn-key system but just understand it is designed to sit "on tope / at the top" of your other systems. This would be most useful for small to mid-szed companies. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** There are limited native intregation partners and most inegrations come at an additional implementation fee plus recurring monthly charges. It's very simple to sort, prioritize, and coordinate metrics for projects and goals. I've used Monday, a competitor, and it's a similar platform, but lacks the time scale features that Rhythm provides. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** Unfortunately, there's no color filters. I'm colorblind, so the colors provided are not easily seen. I have to use a colorblind feature on my computer in order to make heads or tails of anything at first glance. I'd suggest using symbols, patterns, and potentially blue instead of one of the greens to give better contrast. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform is primarily used for project management, and helps keep us in line and organized for multiple projects. The team and Rhyhm are helpful. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** Glitchy software. Adding KPIs and Priorities doesn't work immediately. You will need to login and log out to see changes. Sometimes the items that are supposed to be there will magically appear and the next time you login they are gone. There is no easy view to find all the KPIs and Priorities etc across time periods, like an Excel style version, for making large-scale updates or reviews. It really helps to keep us all accountable and the weekly WAMs (Weekly Adjustment Meetings) have become the most valuable meetings of the working week as we all come together to share our successes, progress against priorities and what's blocking us. The software is a tool, and it works very well at what it does, but it's the mindset change the the tool triggers that is the most valuable thing. The Rhythm team have done a fantastic job of embedding both the software and the mindset change into our business and I couldn't recommend them and the software highly enough. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** It can be difficult to get the structure right for your priorities and goals across the business and setting the right quarterly success criteria can be challenging. We are still learning and refining this quarter on quarter and the Rhythm team have been instrumental in helping us to get this right for our business. I think with this sort of software, the consultancy is key to embedding it correctly within your business, and without that, you could well flounder if you try to just work out how to do it yourself. Done badly, it's just going to be seen as additional admin overhead for your team, and you need to be really careful that this isn't the case as it would be completley missing the point of implementing Rhythm. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us to set annual and quaterley objectives across the business and holding us to account for meeting (or not) them.
