My team is very detailed oriented so they get caught up in not being sure where to document something or how everything relates together. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primary problems being solved are establishing a strong strategy and ensuring we execute every week to achieve our objectives. Benefits have been getting everyone on the same sheet of music and being able to focus on execution over 13 week quarter. ### 2. It teaches teams how to set their strategy, have the planning session and execute weekly. I love the online resources that come with it. We did have an onboarding person help us the first 2 quarters, which was really great. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** It's hard to build new habits! The system requires teams to build habits around strategic planning, weekly meetings, etc. It was tough to get everyone on board internally when we were getting started. I was glad we had our onboarding consultant. **Recommendations to others considering Rhythm:** Do a live demo and ask questions about the implementation process. Make sure you can commit to the habits the methodology requires. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel like we have an agreed-upon overall strategy for our business. We have concrete priorities and KPIs in place that we have all agree upon. In the past we struggled with getting everyone aligned and rowing in the same direction. It's also really helped having this level of transparency. We can see exactly where are bottlenecks are from an execution standpoint. We can also see what numbers needs help on our KPI dashboards. ### 4. They help us build accountable people and create action-ready plans. With Rhythm, we feel prepared to take on each quarter and can anticipate results before it's too late. **What do you dislike about Rhythm?** I don't have any complaints but as CEO you should be aware that they are more than just software. The Rhythm team will help your company learn the software but more importantly, they support you to learn how to run better weekly meetings and develop the right dashboards and KPIs. This support requires time from your team. It is well worth it but you need to be dedicated to getting it on their schedules. **Recommendations to others considering Rhythm:** If you have grown to 50 people and are still using spreadsheets, Rhythm is a Godsend. Rhythm is very robust and will grow with you as we grew from 50 to 1200 people over the last 8 years, Rhythm has continues to make a big impact in continuing to keep us aligned. If your growth plan includes hiring more people or remote people, you should highly consider hiring Rhythm. It will save you a lot of angst. **What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rhythm is great for keeping cross-functional teams aligned and focused on the right goals quarter over quarter. As we grew from 100 to over 1,300 employees, Rhythm gave us the transparency we needed and ability to manage complexities by allowing us to cascade our key objectives from the executive team all the way down to functional groups with clear success criteria. ### 5.
