That it is visually easy to understand and that the interface is pretty straight-forward. We have not had the opportunity to test the integrations aspect in great detail with our organization, but find that performance is reliable and I have not had concerns with the system crashing, erroring out, etc. I do not know the pricing aspects and my organization did a fair job with onboarding and ensuring we understood the application for the needs we have. I do have some confusion at times in understanding specific goal features, for instance I will often assign my metrics and fill out commentary, only for commentary to not show, causing a re-submission. We’ve been testing a few different ways to run our priority plans and tasks through Rhythm to improve visibility. So far, the tasking tool works well for keeping milestones on track, but it’s less effective for day-to-day planning or for managing child plans and related tasking. It’s a very organized way to keep track of our goals and make sure we’re staying aligned with our core values. I like that I can see what my entire team is working on and the goals we need to achieve. We regularly use the reporting system and have weekly meetings to discuss our goals for the week and clarify anything that needs to be improved. I really appreciate how Rhythm provides great insight into company goals by putting everything in one place, which was a problem before as there was no visibility across different departments. The customer service is unmatched, and I always receive extremely detailed and well-thought-out responses from their team whenever I have questions or comments. I think some of the things that could be improved is just the linking of goals. For example, if the leadership team sets goals for me, I'm not clear on how they are updated with my team goals, and sometimes my team has to update their individual goals and then cut and paste the update into the team goals. And I think there should be a solution for linking that better. Also, I would say there definitely was a learning curve. I had to read the book and listen to the audio, but I've assigned a team expert to be our in-house Rhythm expert for the initial setup, so it doesn't bog the team down.
