We have recently onboarded our new store Baker by chance Pashim Vihar with restroworks, Before that In so many stores we are using this restroworks POS application and we have not face any issues with in this application, Our ground level staff is also familier with this restroworks application and only recommended to use this becuase very easy to understand this application zero complicatons and customer support staff is also available 24*7.

Online ordering is very important for any outlet, and we have integrated our aggregator partners with Restroworks. The integration works very well, and after implementing it, we are getting accurate reporting for our restaurants. I would like to share a few points on how this is helping us in our daily operations:

1) We can manage the menu directly from the POS.

2) All orders sync automatically into the POS with the correct offers and taxes.

3) We receive accurate and reliable reports.

4) If our outlet’s internet is not working, Restroworks provides an Order Tracker Dashboard where we can accept the order and mark orders as food ready and also mark items as out of stock.
