**What do you like best about Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management?**

The onboarding and implementation process was incredibly smooth, and all the necessary setup was completed within 24 hours, which was very impressive.

With manager permission, we can move items from one table to another, which helps keep control over changes during service.

The features in Restroworks have significantly helped streamline our operations and maintain our records efficiently. The inventory management is particularly strong, as it allows us to track stock summaries easily and review the FCR (Food Cost Ratio) so we can make more informed decisions.

The POS system is also very user-friendly, making it simple for our billers to handle billing at the outlet.

Thank you for providing such a comprehensive and efficient system.

**What do you dislike about Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management?**

I’m happy with the application overall; it just needs improvement in the customer helpdesk. If we send an email for any task, we usually get a response only after half a day or even longer.

**What problems is Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated Swiggy and Zomato, and as a cloud kitchen we run multiple brands under the same deployment. Accordingly, we can link the accounts to the respective brands. There is also an item-move functionality, but it can only be used with manager access.

A great and informative cloud kitchen management restroworks have.

I am running multiple brand but it feels that I am running one and only single brand restroworks made that simple our process.

Menu synchronizing used to be very difficult, but Restroworks has reduced my lengthy tasks into something much smaller and far more stress-free.

The support team is awesome as well—always ready to help.

I have been using restrowork in wokonfire for a very longer period but as of now i have not faced any major difficulty that harm our business.

Easy to manage our aggregator images as per our requirement. I can schedule my category if I don't want to show in a particular time frame. Apart from the cloud kitchen restrworks  also helps us with our call center module, I can manage my order flow with my call center also.

**What do you like best about Restroworks Cloud Kitchen Management?**

-We using the restroworks for almost 1.5 Years and we like it for their features and support. 

-We can update the kitchen wise menu to the tab cretaed in the restroworks and accordingly we can manage their taxes and aggregator flow.

-Application is  easy to use and manage. We have started the integration with Swiggy & Zomato and sync the same imgaes to all the panel.

-We can update the prices of same existing items for another tab like swiggy or zomato or takeaway orders.

-At the cluster we can update the prices of existing items for a new cluster or city also we can replicate the data from existing cluster to new one.

-We have multiple kitchens and here we can manage their menu accordingly and cam map to the aggregators.

-We have also integrated our Lyxel app with restroworks and We are still managing the app integration with  the restroworks and app team but i want to appriciate the restroworks team rahul and kshitij for their anytime support.

-We have also activated Cockpit mobile app for the management team to real time sale info.

-Special thanks to Rahul Ji for everything, We can call him anytime day or night, Anyday Weekends or Weekdays any holiday,, He available all the time to provide the support

-We can also call them on Customer Support helpline number, Which is availble for 24x7 and they will help us remotely.

We cannnot replicate the tax structure from one cluster to another, Rest everything is fine. 

If we have any tax format for any tab or cluster we cannnot replicate the same to the another tab or cluster and for manully update its takes a lot of time.

We have integrated swiggy, Zomato and our lyxel app  for better communication with all the partners. 

They have all the 3rd party integration which helps us to manage the billing process. We can update the tab or aggregator wise prices for the existing items.

The Online Order Tracker application is very useful for us. It helps us accept orders when our POS machine is offline or when there’s an internet issue. In those situations, we can still accept the order through this application on our mobile phone.

Sometimes online orders didn’t reach our POS, but when we contacted the support agents, they helped us accept those orders quickly.

Overall, my experience with Cloud POS has been very good, as it offers multiple payment integrations and online integrations. The cockpit application is also useful for verifying outlet sales on my mobile phone.

Very good application for a cloud kitchen. I’m very happy that online orders land directly in the POS application. It’s also very easy to integrate Swiggy & Zomato. No orders are missing; I have been using it for the last 7 years. We also use the auto order acceptance setting.

The Restroworks Support team is very helpful and available 24*7.

Nothing as of now to dislike about the cloud kitchen application. It has been very helpful for managing my cloud kitchen.

Very good reports for online order checks, and the order tracking reports are also very good. However, the order tracker availability is not there.

The hourly check is very helpful too. I check the hourly reports so that I can align our resources.

Very easy to use, with a user-friendly UI. I don’t really have any dislikes about the operation or the interface. Sometimes it takes a bit of time when publishing, and the menu sync can be slow.

This application is very easy to use and was simple to implement.
I use this application frequently, and it offers many useful features.

Here is nothing to dislike about the application for now. However, sometimes there is an issue when opening the POSIST page, and it takes some time to load. Once it opens, everything works fine.
Otherwise, I can chat with the support team, and the issue gets resolved very quickly.

The multiple integrations make this app better than other applications, and the integration process is clearly defined and well documented.

Since we manage multiple kitchens, I especially like the billing interface and the overall ordering workflow. It’s easy to place orders for the appropriate kitchen, and then review each kitchen’s collection breakdown and sales count afterward.

Sometimes I feel like this process takes far too much time to update, especially while syncing at the format level.

We have the option to create multiple tabs for each kitchen, which lets us place individual orders under each tab and then review the reports accordingly. We’ve also integrated it with our online delivery partner, and that has been a big help for us.

We are able to manage our restaurant operations efficiently with Restroworks. It allows us to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house activities simultaneously, which is very helpful for our business.

The platform offers multiple security levels to protect our data, and we can also review human behavior reports through Restroworks.

The reports are well-designed and easy to download.

The Cockpit App is the highlight of this application, as it provides real-time sales data synced directly to our phones.

Additionally, Restroworks Academy is a useful tool for learning.

It is not possible to set packaging charges in the application for Swiggy using a random base amount.

The way system is able to integrate with multiple partners and the way the orders are handled on the system in really efficient.
Online Order tracker application helps to manage the orders in case there is no internet at the store. This allows us to ensure that there is no miss in orders being prepared by the kitchen.
Variety of integration from Zomato, Swiggy, loyalty partners, EDC machines etc makes it complete package.
Support is also available round the clock in case we face any issue and need help.

The process of sycning the updated menu with Zomato and Swiggy is very lenghty, it will be better is team can work on the same and try to minimise the steps to push the menu.

We have integrated Swiggy and Zomato both partners.

we can update the menu from their enterprise integration panel and can sync the same to the Swiggy and Zomato at the same time.

Also we can manage the configuration from the same panel and setup for all the kitchen and sync them to aggregator in single click

We have tab wise sale to bifurcate the outlet wise sales data and through the cockpit management have access of sale on sync time.

I wanted to share some thoughts on Restroworks, particularly its user-friendliness for both our management and ground staff. 

They have integrations with the onlin epartners and they have cross all the bridges of integrtaion to make it userfriendly.

One feature I particularly appreciate is that only cashiers or managers can update user, which helps maintain security.

I also find it very beneficial that we can assign Brand outlet as a TAB to specific terminals, allowing our team to efficiently punch in orders for their respective brands, such as KFC and Dominos.

While the entire Restroworks team is excellent, Rahul Rai stands out as one of the best managers. He has a deep understanding of the processes and is highly skilled at modifying and updating requirements. He consistently provides solutions to tasks that his team might have initially deemed impossible, always going the extra mile to find a resolution.

Support level need to reach at the top currently its not uptomark.

We are really happy to use Restroworks POS software Because very easy software Ideally POSist implementation team was provided all trainings but in the POSist academy is very details training videos' are also available which is superb.

Another things the most I like all the team members are also available on the weekend if there any emergency.
